all right everybody I want to show you what we are working on here at CT and the future that we're gonna be going with with CT is the ability to log in to your dashboard so once we get this rolled out basically all you're going to do from here forward within CT is just log right into your website through our website so you have a username and password you're gonna log right into your own customized dashboard so whatever you want to have up on your dashboard you guys are gonna be able to choose that so
every time you log into CT you're gonna come to your customized dashboard that has the metrics that you care about looking at and having the ability to go advanced with inside of that and then you're gonna be able to go in to edit your CT right from here as well team member login Leach and URL CT support but all of your key numbers active listings all the way to close to net to taxes and your net after taxes all of your cash flow is right here all of your goals will be right here nice clean
and simple your income so you guys can see what is going on inside of your business what you closed each month what's pending to close inside of those future months you're gonna be able to see that and then you're gonna have the ability to toggle this dashboard into advanced or basics if you want a very simple dashboard you can toggle this to basic and it'll be a basic dashboard or we can go advanced and this is gonna give you the capability to keep on adding to your dashboard and you can toggle your timeframe as well
so any timeframe that you want to look at and any leaderboards that you want to pull up on here as well salute in this case listings taken written units closed units we can toggle that and toggle the timeframe and toggle key numbers that we want to look look at key metrics that we want to look at this month listing appointments by our appointments listing steak and written contracts whatever that may be we're gonna be able to toggle and put in anything we want on here your whiteboard is on here as well so you guys can
see exactly what your newest listings are all of your upcoming closings your recent closing so as a CEO you can just log right in here this converts to mobile as well so no matter where you're at you can just log into your dashboard and see this live real-time data and there's no logging into the onedrive account to do that you can just log right in to our website and see all of this data and what's really nice is the ability but the advanced is we can keep on adding more to our dashboard there's really going
to be no limit to what you can add to it so you can start with a very simple clean one and then you can keep on adding to it you can this is going to keep on scrolling there's gonna be some plus buttons here to add more and more to your dashboard so as you become more advanced than a power user you can turn those features on but we're gonna allow you to be able to grow right into this platform with a very simple clean login every time you log into it all of your data
is right there and then have the ability to drill into each of these categories as well so this is the future I don't have the release date on this we're going to be slowly rolling this out your current platform will work as long as you need be there's no forced rollover but this is what we are going to be working on for the 2020 and beyond
