all right guys i want to show you a little trick here on the leaderboard that you may not know about a couple things on here so when you jump to your leaderboard this gives you a great snapshot of active what do people have for active business what do they have pending so you can see what they have in their pipeline and then also what have they closed and then what's cool about this is you have the ability you can toggle the time frame you can toggle this from gci or volume as well but what this
will do is show you exactly how much total gci have your team members produced how much have they made and then how much have you generated through them so as i'm being a team member here's how much they generated so catherine has done 12 5 so far this year and we can even pull up a particular month we can do it by quarter as well how much did they make how much did we make very important to know how much you're keeping off through your team members on your team and then the ability to change
this to volume as well and then it'll automatically rank and put everybody in order so if you want to put this up on a screen and you just want to show volume versus showing their financials you can absolutely do that as well
