all right tracking your lead source is one of the most important things you guys can do to be able to track where your business is coming from to add lead sources all you have to do that's the first thing i want to talk about i want to talk about the report is just type it in here so i have new lead source you can just type in those sources it'll automatically add that to my list then so next time i come in here i can type in a new lead source and it automatically adds it
to my list but the power of adding those sources in here is on the report when you click on the header here this is going to give you where is your business coming from so your top sources in in all business top listing lead sources and then your top buyer lead sources are right up on top and then down below you're actually able to see so my top sources where is my business coming from units percentage of my business that's coming from each one of those lead sources how much closed income have i made from
that what's my net so after my cost of sales my expenses how much volume have i closed from there what do i currently have pending with that lead source so if you're monitoring a lead source if it's bringing you business maybe you haven't closed much with it but you do have some pending business with us you're able to see that as well what you have with active business so anything that's active under that lead source your average commission from each lead source average sale price so which ones are giving you the biggest bang for your
buck and then also your lead source and roi tract by month so you're able to see every month of the year how much income is coming from that lead source
