this month what have we done how many listing appointments have we gone on we've gone on two of nine and it gives you the percentage we're at 22 percent of our goal listings taken 706 listings sold zero of two listing income we're at zero of 13,000 we have zero pending to close as well we've put 4,500 under contracts you can see that as well in that bottom box then quarterly breakdowns at the bottom and then your this month for the buyer side what have we done fire appointment seven out of our six goal we've hit
buyers taken two out of five buyers sold seven out of two buyer income fifty thousand versus our $13,000 goal so we're killing that you know we also have 26 hundred left to close this month and we put forty-three hundred under contract and then all my annual goals right there in the middle so I can see exactly where we're at and where should we be at your date obviously it's through January and then I can see my income what's closed is there in silver and then what's projected to close I can see my future months what
is February looking like what is March looking like again from a CEO standpoint these are crucial numbers to have right there in front of you and you have the ability to see forward at your business so you guys can do something about it because anything happening in January right now closed wise you really can't do anything about it anymore but February March and April you guys can see those things developing now and make sure that you guys can take care of any possible issues that you can see while you're looking forward at your business
