all right guys i want to touch on a few reports here for 2022 that i really want you guys to be tapping into especially if you're running a team um we're looking at the snapshot here this allows you to put up key metrics that you want to focus on um and you can toggle this any time frame you want so if i want to say this month what if we close what's projected to close what have we put under contract put under contract volume you can choose any category you want appointment set you can choose
all appointments set all appointments held listings taken listings taken volume are the categories we have up here and then you can also set up a leaderboard in any category that you want so if you want to put this up on a tv this is absolutely perfect you can choose the categories you want to focus on for the month have the leaderboard and then also have those key metrics right there up on top so you can see exactly what's going on inside of your business for the month the other one that we have is the focus
report if you click on that focus report if you want to just drill it down to four things you want to focus on this month january's the month choose the category that you want to focus on listing appointments held let's focus on that we have a goal of 15 the system will automatically track that and will track your progress to that goal for the month listings taken we want to take 10. put under contract let's put five homes under contract this month closed units let's do three so the goals are set you can monitor your
progress it's a simple focus on your four areas that you want to focus on and hit those goals for the month
