if you guys ever want to visit London look forward to [Music] this all right guys so I'm in the gym um one thing I'm bringing back is Squad every day um I think I got like yeah I got 20 days exactly last time I have holidays again so I'm going to Triangle like 30 days probably um yeah so right now yesterday I had like a proper proper long light session um so I'm just going to do some light spots today beltless not too heavy um my miniscus actually feels like quite tight um and then after
that it's Dynamic lower [Music] day so um I have off a 3in block um 12 sets of two just as quick as you can go and then a back session so show you everything as [Music] normal guys if you want a workout snack pidy straws are we it's [Music] at all right guys so all is going well um I'm going to be getting a bit carried away we're going to go two heavy tingles and then I'm done so [Music] [Music] okay [Music] all right guys so 3 in is a pain because the second plate that
I stack just keeps coming off not going to bother with that I'm just going to go 2 and 1/2 in so just 25 Kil platee go [Music] all right guys so another thing I'm actually trying is um pull-up every day so I start off with 25 pull-ups at the beginning of the 2 weeks I think it just over 2 weeks and by the end I'm doing 45 pull-ups a day um if you want to get better at something increase the frequency that's what I'm doing with Squad and that's what I'm doing with my pullup so
yeah uh starting off with like five sets of five I think um so yeah let's see how it [Music] goes [Music] a kill it homie kill him H guys coming in a night is so nice because you just have like literally the entire gym to [Music] yourself [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] m [Music] breakfast is just one of those things I get really lazy with so I usually keep it quite simple today we have platino that's banana in Spanish we got some full fat Greek yogurt with honey um I go for full fat rather than the
zero fat one just simply because there's more calories and I'm young doesn't really matter the more calories to me right now the better uh Omega 3 uh three pills if you're taking omega3 use it with something that does have fat in it for example if you were nonfat Greek yogurt the absorption of the you know the fishy oil um it's just not as effective if there's no presence of any other fat uh and then some AUA that's um water and Spanish for those of you that didn't know so going to do this and head off
to the [Music] gym [Music] all right guys so back again it's literally been like less yeah like 12 hours since the last time I was in here um got things going on the rest of the day so just woke up red meditated came here um Squad every day today is pause spots um this is the third day in a row uh I really just want to go light today which is what I'm going to do um and then after that got pull-ups every day and then might do some rear Del part um but yeah after
that I should be out it's honestly so warm today really not a really not a good idea to wear this sweating a [Music] lot [Music] all right guys so I just got out the gym didn't really film that much because my camera is running out of battery but this is the like a 2-day vlog so hopefully there's enough content in here I'm going to get home shower and then just hang out with friends the rest of the day not going to Vlog any of it because sometimes you know you got to put the camera down
