and social influences so guys I'll finish with this book nudge it was it was okay the first portion was a lot more applicable to me than the second part as you can probably tell from the absence of highlights always keep a highlighter on hand I don't know I guess nonetheless it was still a very good book towards the end it talked about nudges in a broader social conscience social context which just wasn't as important to myself but nonetheless um guys when you're reading books I read this first whatever with at a lot slower pace and
I thought about the words far far deeper than I did with the last portion with the last portion it was really just skim reading and that way you don't get bogged down in the my new details literally books have different meanings to different people if you um you know you have to decide what's important to you what you're looking for and sort of treat the book in that way so if something is more important to you treat it with more care and lookout for ways you can improve your life and then I'm sure one of
these days this back portion will be it will be of interest to me but for now this is what I'm looking for guys if you're going to start taking creatine which I do recommend you should do don't get powder get pills I made this mistake literally in order to get five grams of creatine which isn't over the edible preferably I'd be shooting for 7.5 but in order to get 5 grams of creatine a day I have to drink two scoops to like mini scoops in my in the my protein bag whatever and I do i
dilute that with just a bottle of like 600 milliliters of water so that means i have to have to you more like bottles worth of creatine so I'm pretty much drinking creating the whole day it's terrible get the pills instead alright guys i'm going to do squat every day here is a clip of the most exciting thing in today's squat workout right now so guys I didn't from the rest that's pretty much it wanted just to focus on my squats and when I go in there at night I already went to the gym this morning
