channel to me isn't only about you know fitness and Jim its bettering yourself in general and I always like to show you what books I'm reading their recommend books and yeah I just don't only want to show you what's going on in the gym alright guys so this is the book I'm currently reading I'm only 30 pages through it's called nudge improving decisions about health wealth and happiness the back I mean recent City much I think it says much on the inside either but basically it's um how in certain situation certain situations in life you're
either not just knowingly or unknowingly into positions that are better for you or worse that for you um you know going over some of the or at least within the 30 pages that I've read and i'll talk about it once again once i'm done um but things like you know how the government sort of nudge you towards towards a decision that may be better for you how companies nudge you towards a keep struggling with the word towards take towards a decision that may be more beneficial for you when it comes to retirement plans health care
