all right guys we have just added this to your cte this is one of the most powerful things we have added into the program in a long time so what we have here is we have past present and future of your business you're able to see what has happened in our past few months so wherever we're at within the year those will automatically color code and be teal once the month is closed out you can see your units your volume your gci your cost of sales your net gci your expenses and then your actual profits
you're able to see that for every single month your current month shows you closed plus you're forecasted so you can see that and what's cool about it is not only does it show you close but it's going to show you how much of that is actually forecasted to close and then in light gray you're able to see your future month so what does april may june july look like with our forecasted contracts in there from units volume all the way down to profits you can truly see from closing to profit in all of your past
months your current month and your future months and then also the entire year is shown here as well so right now based off of what i have in the system i'm going to have 35 units closed for 2022 10 of them have closed 25 are pending to close i can see my volume for the year gci cost of sales net my expenses and then my actual net profit for the entire year and that factors in all of your closed and your forecasted contracts
