interest gets you started passion keeps you going the reason almost all the time I have a smile on my face is because I have things I'm super passionate about and at the end of the day to me happiness is doing what you love and really immersing yourself in the things that make you happy it's as simple as that guys um find your passion and my opinion you'll find happiness if you guys didn't know I actually start going to the gym for the purpose of football I wanted to supplement what I was doing in football with
the gym just so I could get better at the sport in general well things change and turns out what I was doing in the gym was far more enjoyable to me um so I haven't actually played in a game for two two and a half months um that was partly due to a injury on my cervical uh vertebrae um my second and third um that took me out for a while and then part laziness so today is my first day back [Music] yeah [Music] yeah yeah back home now won the game honestly guys look at
how much chicken I'm having for lunch I mean that's nearly the size of my hand so yeah a lot guys I've gotten questions about what supplements I use this is one of them it's called the curse by Cobra Labs um how much caffeine does this have yeah 147 Mig you can't really see it there but 147 Mig of caffeine I only take one scoop I go either a month or seven weeks um on it and then I'll go um a week off just so you know my body doesn't become too acclimated to the caffeine within
it and it still works um I've never tried any other pre-workout so I can't really compare all I know is this works quite well I've tried it in tropical tropical storm which is what this is uh sour apple and raspberry I recommend tropical storm or blue raspberry all right guys so I'm in the gym now um I'm really not feeling it today which is weird because today's deadlift day and I'm always feeling deadlifts but this is my last time doing uh defens of deadlifts I have 2.5 in plate going for last week I got 16
5 so today I'm going to go for 170 which is also my PR like my deficit and my regular are very very close which is weird um so yeah as always I'll show you 70 80 90 and 100% all right guys so pao's over there he's about to hit a 190 so I'll show you up up up going to all right guys so as you probably saw 190 what a really easy for him so he's going for 200 now that's 440 lb oh let's go up up up up up up up up all right guys
going to start off with 70% been procrastinating so much for today's like deadlift I'm really just not feeling it today B still get the [Music] 170 yeah [Music] all right guys so 90% up 90% went up pretty okayish uh my Lura back is still really really fatigued from all the stuff I've been doing in the week as well as the game I just had um so this will be a 15 kilo jump for my PR I think it's going to be the proper grinder so yeah I don't know we'll just have to see how door
all right guys so failed on the 170 um lower back is just two taxed so I'm thinking I'm going to go 165 or 167.5 for a PR I'll go 167.5 cuz I hate not getting PRS so here's 165 done [Music] properly [Music] more all right guys so as you saw got that um that was like a just such a tough rep um I wanted to get that it's like when I move back I'm too close to the camera um I really wanted to get that 167.5 just to prove to myself that I can still perform
when I don't feel like it um cuz you know it's all it's all cool if you can hit PRS when you're on top of the world and you're feeling amazing but if you're fatigued not mentally there and you can still hit PRS that's when you know you've developed something just a brilliant work ethic or you're at a really good place mentally um so yeah guys um now I'm going to go back off to 80% and do a 3X3 this is going to kill my lower back I know it um if it's starting to hurt too
much I might just stop if it's doing more bad than it is good because right now my lower back is just completely fried um I'm also going to wear knee pads because my knees are also just my knees The Joint it just felt really really stiff recently so um we'll see about that anyways I'll leave you guys with the rest of this and my back workout see you oh [Music] yeah [Music] yeah yeah M [Music] yeah [Music] yeah [Music] yeah yeah [Music] all right guys so all finished up in the gym uh walking home right
now can't say it was the best workout because just not really feeling it or having a great day you know when you you just have no particular reason why you're just not having a particularly good day that's today but um when I get home I'll talk about something that happened which just kind of made my day and made me smile all right guys this is what I was talking about this photo I received as a DM from someone let me read it to you don't wait until you've reached your goal to be proud of yourself
be proud every state every step you take toward reaching that goal so guys I actually received that in a DM from someone if you're watching this you know who you are um especially today and you guys saw earlier in this Vlog I received this quite short or a short time ago um you saw earlier in the Vlog I was in today I have just haven't been you know as happy or as engaged as I normally am one of my main problems is looking so far ahead that I don't take time to stop and think about
how far I've come at the end of the day I am proud of what I achieve daily I'm proud of what I achieve monthly yearly I'm proud of where I am right now and where I'm going but sometimes you just get so caught up in the bigger picture you get caught up in this person who's doing this more than you you get this person who's uh done this that you haven't done whatever it may be and it's you lose touch of how far you're going and your own track and at the end of the day
that's the only thing that matters I think sometimes people go too easy on themselves and some people go too hard on themselves I'm one of the type of I'm the type of person who goes too hard on himself and I you know I I sort of discredit what I've achieved so far which in the scope of things to me isn't that much considering the vision I have and what I want to do but it's still something to be proud of and that's something I need to remember for myself so if you're in the same position
