alright happy Friday everybody I want to show you another report and CT that you guys can utilize that I think a lot of you this is probably the number one report that people do use and it's great for your TV monitor as well and that is your whiteboard so basically the electronic CTE whiteboard that automatically updates when you update contracts inside of my business everything is instantly updated so on your whiteboard you have your newest listings on the left hand side all of your oldest listings and then your closest to expiring and then all of
your upcoming closings so you can see what is closing when is it closing how many days until its closing do we have anything overdue which we can see there highlighted in red that those three days over and do so we can check on what's going on with those you've got your price your GCI and then the agent and then also your latest closings here as well and then what's really powerful is it gives you a snapshot of your inventory and closings up on the top here so your active listings how many total you have how
many are in the pre signed status so they're signed but they're not yet active of your inventory how much is less than 90 how much is over 90 and how much of it is expiring within the next 30 days your pending contracts your closings in the next 30 days what is that looking like units volume and GCI then obviously your closed transactions and what has closed over the last 30 days so it's a nice clean look and then you also have the option to show all so if you click on show all that's gonna be
able to give you a fuller whiteboard that he's gonna show even more contracts so all of your newest listings all of your upcoming closings and then all of your closings for the year as well with that summary right up on top so you guys can choose which one you guys want to put up on your board and every one of these updates instantly when you update a contract inside of my business
