I know I'm ashamed of myself guys I'm not going to show you much else from my ebook because I want to finish it really clean it up and polish it and then finally put it up and presented to you guys there's a lot more that goes into it that I completely didn't realize right now I'm working on the graphics and the template for it one thing I want to talk about is you can either go seventy percent effort and at the end of the day you'll know you put seventy percent in where you can go
a hundred percent effort which is a lot harder but you're gonna have that pride and right now with this ebook I've put a lot of time writing give researching you know how to create a template how to put it up on for example the kindle book store stuff like that and i'm proud just to be completely honest it's something i've worked on it's something i don't have to do in the slightest it's not for school simply because i want to help people um yeah and especially because recently i've been putting in a lot of work
to make it something incredible so um I'm proud and I urge you guys if there's a school essay you're currently working on if you're about to leave for the gym even if your friendships aren't really in order take that time put in extra effort and then you can be proud and it's an amazing feeling guys I do generally think I'm at the point where I'd wear like uggs or slippers to the gym I change into my power lifting shoes once I get there I'm so tired after i'm done in the gym that is literally whatever
is most comfortable even if it looks ridiculous so guys today we have front squats in the gym that's what my power lifting program calls for just being completely honest with you guys for two weeks I just kind of picked on my power lifting program lost my discipline which isn't very good because there's a couple variations that I haven't taken too seriously so you know hopefully we're going to get back to being disciplined I've also decided that i'm only going to start going four days a week instead of like six or seven that i do some
weeks i'm only going to go for days a week and be very serious and trained very hard on those days because once you do start to do something a lot you don't get bored but you kind of get complacent and i don't want to get complacent so yeah i'll see you guys in the gym alright guys so today as I sense front squat I'm trying to work up to 10 2.5 my previous jars 100 so just going for a 2.5 TR I'm not feeling a hundred percent today but i'm going to use something Russell full
foot said I'm not feeling a hundred percent today but I'm going to do a hundred percent of what I'm feeling so i'll try my best only like a really big small PR today so as long as i'll show you 70 80 90 and then talk to you guys before i PR alright guys so that was one or two point five point five kilo PR for it went off pretty easy to be honest I'm still on are using like a comeback I'm going like that quick to stick your arms out and before you actually go through
that because that way you'll know whether it's properly rested you be able to go like this and the bar should be able to rest perfectly fine which is what you saw me doing anyways I'm going to go up to 110 so today would be a voyage the 10 kilo PR hopefully I'll get it so yeah found that so now I'm going to back off two three by three at eighty percent which will just be 80 kilos yeah give you guys with eclipse and the rest of my I you and so guys the plan for dinner
was to have chicken here's literally like a whole kilo would have had like 300 grams whatever of chicken rice salad whatever my home is not home straight up guys I've never cooked chicken before like even just chicken breast so I'm guess I'm having eggs some lucky charms and casein I stood before I head off to bed alright guys so it's one o'clock right now just finished everything on my to do super tired finish my ebook today like completely sent it to a couple friends they'll give me some feedback on the formatting and then it should
