Using your NEW CTE Dashboard!!

hey everybody thank you for all of your patience must be switching over to the new platform we are crushing it on our end things are happening very very fast anytime you guys are requesting it unless it's a little bit of customization that takes a little bit longer everything else is coming off fast but I want to show you why it is so important that you guys log in to your dashboard then access your program from there because now when you log in here especially as the lead agent or the CEO you guys get to be

able to see all of your key numbers right here on your dashboard so everything that you really need to be focusing on is on here and you guys can customize this as well as you guys can put up different charts on here different leaderboards you can see how people are doing without having to go into the full CTE but the power of CD obviously is the deep reporting that we have as well but on your home page you've got your cash flow what's about 15 30 60 90 day cash flow income and net all of

my income so how much do we have we closed and what's cool is you got a little income meter here as well which shows you what you've closed what's still closing this month and what's closing the rest of the year and then it has a little pace meter as well so by January we need to be here so we've already exceeded our January goal so you guys can see that each month this will just keep moving down the line based off of your business plan here's our gap and here's our target based off of our

business plan and then each area that's driving our business is right here so we can see how many listing appointments have we held buyer appointments listings taken by our EPS listing sold buyers sold our income our volume and then it also shows you what you have pending as well your white boards right on here all key areas key numbers of your business average sale price commission rates days on the market for listings and buyers and your your custom dashboards what you guys can choose anything from lead gen to deep my business detail and you guys

can pull up any timeframe you want so I want to point this out here the way this is designed there's a couple - there's a tutorial here for you guys to put this up on to your TV monitor so if you really want to focus on four areas for the month you can put those up on this board and you can say alright this month it's gonna go in and grab the goal for the team and it's gonna put all that right up on top you'll show us how we're progressing for that so obviously I'm

crushing all my goals right here and then each person who has contributed to that goal and it'll automatically rank them so if you guys want to focus on all right let's make sure we hit our listing appointments held for the month is three or four we've held two and then same thing here we can say all right listing sign two something we really want to focus on so listings taken it'll go in it'll grab our goal and shows exactly where we're at according to our goal so whatever areas you guys really want to focus on

and it'll automatically rank the entire team on here as well you guys can set it up to rotate we can obviously go dark mode which I think looks a lot better on this especially for putting up on a TV it really makes it pop and you guys can do you know let's just look at this week so we can say this week what's our goal and what have we done so it allows you to go full customization use the little tutorial here on how to put it up onto your screen and have it automatically refresh

as well and then when you want to dive deep into your financials you can go into the edit mode
