hello and welcome to yango demo my name is Anastasia I'm solution architect for yotch and today together with you we will have a look how our order picking process looks so we will see how the order is placed how the order is being picked by the Picker so we will have a look into our WMS which is warehouse management system and and our piger application so let's go and see how it works on the screen you can see our WMS system which is warehouse management system which takes care of all store operations but today we
will look into order management functionalities so in the dispatch tab you see all orders all active orders so you can see the whole list of orders in different statues uh you can see only orders for Express like instant on demand delivery and for schedule delivery and what is more you can filter them by the slots for example you can see which ERS are settled for 1:00 a.m. which orders are placed for 2 a.m. and so on and what is more you have the possibility to track all the orders on the map like to see where
all your orders are coming from so now on your screen you can see basically two parts of the screen on the left hand side there is a WS system that I showed you a moment ago and on the right I'm sharing the screen of our peer application it is easy to use Android based application which Piers use to perform their day-to-day operations so now we will together with you pick one of the orders so it will be uh the order 2106 you can see it also on the left in the Ws system we already see
how much time is left we can see also the order amount and we can go inside the order in WMS system and see order content See the payment type and other uh details about the order to start picking uh the order the Picker just needs to press Start uh and I want to draw your attention to the fact that all statuses will be changing here simultaneously and this is the main beauty of our systems that due to their like seamless integration everything is updated real time and you can be sure that you you see all
uh actual information without any time la which is very important for quick Comer business so uh the Picker sees uh the order that he has to pick and he sees the first item where he has to go and what he has to pick so uh here I want to stop for a moment and talk about uh order roote and topology concept cep in our systems so uh we have the tools that help you to build the most optimal route for the peer so that he does not need to rush through his store or he doesn't
need to remember where each item is we build the most efficient topology for quick picking and what is more we show the peer which shelf he has to go so he does not need to remember that this milk is exactly on shelf a one it helps to unboard uh users and uh Pickers much faster and also we show the picture so he can find really fast exactly this milk so now let's pick an order together in our systems uh in our peer application all operations are done by scanning the uh barcode it helps you to
track all the operations and then to track ping metrics and to make sure that Piers do not do uh any mistakes uh so you just take uh your uh scanner on which this application is installed and you simply scan the barcode of uh the item sometimes it can be the case when something is wrong with the barcode for example it's broken or something is wrong for this situation we always have the work around so you can go inside uh the product card in our WMS system you scroll down here you see the barcode The Cure
code uh and you simply scan it and you can go to the next uh item so this is the workr that can be used so now we have the second item which is uh also on the same shelf and please know that here the statues of was updated just automatically that we have already picked this uh SKU so basically I need to do the same things for each item so I scan this um item then I go to the same shelf and scan the next item then I have a five shelf where I need to
go and again I scan this item and I go to the uh last shelf and I again scan it and I'm done with scanning all the items so in our picker application we always have some hints and tips for their Pier so they don't forget to do important um things so we press go to packaging here we have uh different uh informers and notification with can give to the Picker for example give him a reminder to put households uh in a separate bag or in case uh it was some hot food or uh coffee we
also support this functionality in our systems um he will get he notification for example don't forget to go to the kitchen to take coffee or don't forgot forget to put coffee in special folder so any notific ations that would help uh to build accurate process and to make sure the peer follows all the rules will be here so we press finish we press yes and that's it the order has been picked so the status is updated here on the left that it's done and uh the Picker is ready to take a new task we have
built in analytics in our WMS system where you can see your Warehouse metrics and storekeeper metrics so for some period of time uh day over day week over week month over month and so on so it's like some high level metrics with information regarding uh total number of ERS speak average preparation speed and so on and also you can go and see stat statistics by each storekeeper so for example uh how many items have been collected how many orders were prepared and the preparation speed of each piece uh and preparation speed of each order based
