the beautiful thing about predictions is you can try different things and we've seen multiple scenarios where our customers are maybe looking to script out their call conversations so how do you approach a specific customer you can try three or four or five or six different types of approaches and as long as you get pretty good with your data and make sure to Mark and identify that data then the backwards analysis really allows you to see just how predictive or rather just how effective those different approaches are then on top of that now you can train
a model because you have specific data that outline success or lack of success against certain approaches and now you can use those outcomes to train predictive AI models to then determine in the future which script you want to go with which script you want to advise your team to go with and this is a great example we didn't actually anticipate we'd be able to impact but all of a sudden you're starting to see those results in that and it really underlies the fact that there's so much data and it's very overwhelming very confusing but the
