burning like a cand light your L is dangerous your LS my LS I [Music] LS good morning chat it has been one week since I've started my glow up Journey my rigorous training my strict regimen and I wanted to update you guys on how I'm doing this is my belly after a 500 calorie meal so I still pretty [ __ ] fat however it's only been a week and I've lost 3 kilos that's like 7B of course most of the weight I lost was not fat it was water weight you get water weight when you
go into a big calorie deficit or go into a big calorie Surplus it's about 2 to 3 kilos 7bs you gain within the first week after the first week that's when serious result [Applause] [Music] [Applause] happen I'm pushing it out I swear [Music] to so I haven't been going to the gym consistently for the past 3 months of when I was trying to purposely glow down clearly I just look like a fat [ __ ] blob so what did I do this past week I did obviously what I said in the previous video 10,000 steps
10 minutes on the stair Master 1,000 calorie deficit 1 g of protein per pound of body weight now obviously not everybody can do a 1,000 calorie deficit every every body is different I'm a Sit [ __ ] and you're a [ __ ] I'm sorry that was immature of me I apologize um people who shouldn't do this girls people under 18 and people who drink alcohol and have like a unhealthy lifestyle like that you know what I'm saying um now as for the people who are undering 1,000 calorie deficit when I lose muscle look I'mma
keep it real with you a study show this is like an actual study peer reviewed and all that [ __ ] ain't no Google ain't no Google AO study give me a citation this is a real [ __ ] study for people to lose muscle they have to literally stay in bed for a week straight and not [ __ ] move skipping protein and skipping the gym one week of being in bed to start losing muscle now put that to perspective put that put that to perspective guys I know it's a hard challenge but life

time I'm training in the gym this is my face I'm I'm truly putting it my o all right my electrolytes are good I get animal everything's just good and you only do this for a short period obviously any longer so if you want to be safe 500 to 800 calorie deficit and just because you're on a strict diet doesn't mean you can't go out and eat food you just got to find the better options like this this is the best option for high protein low rice good it's just good and tastes incredible now as for
