with you you're Harden something you harden I ain't Harden [ __ ] very simple four words eat less do more now of course there is more Nuance to losing weight there are methods to you know losing it quick safely what should you be eating you can eat whatever the hell you want man a cheeseburger you could go for Korean barbecue you could literally eat anything in the world and you still lose weight why because it's all about the calories and of course there are some foods that you know if we're trying to get into the
sciency nerdy stuff there's some foods that has like a better profile and it will technically help you burn more due to the you know metabolism and this and that but at the end of the day it all evens out given that you're not eating fast food every single day it's a minimal difference for you to even consider the sciency stuff so losing weight is all about calories in and calories out me personally this week your boy I've been I've been half eating good and I've been half eating fat [ __ ] bad this week's L
I will show you guys that you can still stick to your goals stick to the diet still make progress and still hit the club yes I went to the club yes I did drink alcohol I had a great [ __ ] time now of course you don't need alcohol hello but some people drink it and some people don't this is for the people that do you could drink alcohol but don't think drinking in moderation or drinking any drinking a little of alcohol would do you any better there is literally zero studies that show that alcohol
is beneficial for you in any way now you're probably wondering isn't that like common sense you would be surprised that people used to think that if you drank a little or in moderation it would have minimal effect Zero Effect on on your health proein synthesis it it destroys you it's poison it does not benefit you in any way but even though I just said that I know you guys don't give a [ __ ] you guys will keep drinking you guys will do whatever so I'm just going to guide you on how how to do
it you know in the best way possible good morning chat it's a new day today we are going to the club we're going to be just wake up if you can't tell and I'm going to you know I know a lot of you guys aren't losers I know a lot of you guys have social life so I'm going to teach you how to stay somewhat strict to the regimen somewhat strict to the diet still make progress and still have fun in the club drinking so I just cooked up 400 G of chicken breast and I'm
about to eat this [ __ ] with no carbs just veggies that will lead me to like um like about 100 g of protein after this meal that's what you got to do you see the way alcohol works is it will ruin protein synthesis after you drink it trust for real if you drink let's say you drink 1,000 calories of alcohol but you only eat 500 calories worth of food you are still going to lose weight that's how it works however if you drink so much alcohol and then eat over your maintenance any one calorie

I'm about to tell you we change your life very simple you want a diet that consists of high protein at least 1.2 G per pound of body weight carbs you don't need that you only need some form of carbs right before a workout fats you need healthy fats as I said before you need this [ __ ] so little Johnny can go from this to this for women what's the equivalent go from the Sahara Desert to the Pacific Ocean now however for me your man your boy love carbs man and I lowkey be eating whatever
I want whenever I want as long as I just hear protein protein for me is the priority these are the meals I've have don't listen to me though coaches don't play you know juggling uni cardio gym social life and my job I don't have much time so I just get muscle Chef the thing with muscle Chef though I add my own meat this is beef strugg of with two cans of tuna now let's get to the real food know today was a special day your boy had to eat good I could have chosen the full
fat [ __ ] stuff but I chose the me options except for this like 20 calories Max yeah I'm eating KFC don't judge me I'm locked in and just because I be eating don't mean I'm not working I'm on that cardio every single day this is how much cardio I've done this week yes this was actually me 6 weeks ago I am not pushing my belly out I mean I did have some food but I didn't have that much for some reason my belly just pokes out a [Music] lot [Music] obviously the job's not done

to achieve face leanness and zero love handles you know I do think I'm quite an attractive guy attractive enough but I feel like I could be more attractive if I just lost all the fat on my face you know I look very you know what I'm saying also I have like a 26 in Waist it can be that low so I want to achieve that I want to lose the love handles that is my personal goal glowing up was never really you know my go I knew it would come I just I just did this
challenge for you guys to show you guys with a lot of work you could glow up of course you have if you have poor genetics it's over for you it's over for you buddy just kidding no I'm not actually if you have bad face genetics or poor bone structure it's over for you but that isn't the point of this glow up Journey I'm trying to teach you guys that you do not want to fall in love with the result you want to fall in love with the process I got to cut my [ __ ]
nail now let that [ __ ] sink in all you guys are so fixated on how you look thinking that looks is everything in life it isn't and I know I get a lot of DMS saying it's easy for me to say because I already have the looks guys even when I look like you guys even when I looked like I was in my bedroom chucking a few bats edging all day watching anime being greasy even when I looked like that I thought I was the most handsome bloke ever and guess what the people around
me they treated me normally they didn't think I was ugly maybe they did in their head but the way I carried myself clearly rubbed on to them and they treated me like a normal person person and you're probably wondering how did my life change after glowing up you know on a personal level my friends and women just strangers the way they treat me is the exact same I didn't get better treatment from them I didn't get worse treatment from them I still get caught a fat hunt I still get caught a slob I still get
caught disgusting sometimes if people judge you on the way that you look why are you even associating with them and I know that's and I know the reality of it the world will treat you better if you look better that's very much true that's literally a huge contribution into why I have social media success you really think if I look like a homeless [ __ ] obese my eyebrows [ __ ] lopsided my nose is going that way half of my lip like my lips are thin you really think I'd be as successful as I
