do I do what machine do I use I'm going to put it simply if you want fast results do the stair Master it burns the most calories in the quickest amount of time however I know people who've done stair Master can relate to this if you've never done stair master and you're trying to start doing it it's a mission it is some Navy SEAL [ __ ] training all right because the first like week of doing stair Master you feel like your eyes start pulsating the sweat comes down from your forehead and goes into your
eyes and you get blinded it's bad but once you get better that's their Master it's all worth it because you can save time burn the most calories and it's a it's a very good serotonin boost trust me I've done an hour non-stop no breaks felt [ __ ] great not great for my [ __ ] knees though tell you that much however there is a risk of doing high intensity cardio it may affect gym performance and if you're performance gets [ __ ] you will lose muscle so the safer option the much easier option is
