have a cup of green tea or tea or coffee do not add any kind of sugar to your tea or coffee can add a little bit of milk but let's completely avoid the refined sugar or any kind of sugar to it along with that you can have 30 G of roasted macas which comes out to be approximately 15 to 20 pieces of macas or you can simply indulge yourself into a piece of dark chocolate now this basically helps with a great heart health as well as helps you reduce your sugar Cravings as well so indulge
