hate that there's these bodybuilders or these fitness icons who keep telling you information and so much of it is wrong guys and it's not backed up by is not backed up by science and sometimes it's not even backed up by experience it's what is known as brew science guys I never want to tell you something unless I know I can back it up which is why I spend hours and hours studying so you guys had to go deal with something but as I was saying I never want to tell you something unless it's not unless
