Are you someone who's productive or ar you just busy? Hi there! I'm Tathiane Deândhela and we must understand the main difference between being productive or just being busy.
Being productive means "achieve goals". Being busy means "making excuses. " And busy people have a particular way of behaving.
. . Busy people do what's easier and faster, just so they can end it first and having the false feeling of done duty.
Productive people, on the other hand, do what has to be done, no matter how complex it might be! Busy people want to get things donne fast. You know?
They have an idea and they want it done ASAP, without any plans of action. That leads to a series of re-doing all the work and, sometimes, that has nothing to do with their or the company objectives Productive people plan first! There's a quote from Abraham Lincoln that I appreciate a lot.
It says something like this: "If you give me 6 hours to cut off a tree, I'll spend the first 4 ones sharpening my axe. " Busy people complain ALL THE TIME about the fact that they don't have time. In fact, they complain about everything!
Because their focus is on the problems, not the solutions. Productive people don't waste their time complaining. Busy people do lots of things at the same time.
That gives them the false feeling that they are being faster. Productive people do ONE thing at a time. And they finish it!
They know how importatnt focus is. Busy people spend their whole time with e-mail and WhatsApp open. They are always connected.
"What if a new message arrives? I must reply it! " Productive people have a moment in their schedule just so they can accsses social media and their e-mails.
