account is a representation of your social life whether you like it or not having some kind of online presence is almost mandatory and having an Instagram account is the best and easiest way to accomplish this whether you're looking for dates looking to make new friends or looking for a job a lot of areas in our life have become digitized and people want to know who you are before they interact with you on any meaningful level if you ever meet a girl in person and have a good conversation with her it's very normal to exchange Instagrams
if you want to keep in touch a lot of your potential dates will be hesitant to feel safe if you're a total ghost online they want to see if you're a real person with friends and a life like it or not building a good Instagram is one of the best investments you can make not only for the above mentioned reasons but also to have a large roster of people you've interacted and socialized with in the past think about it you have potential dates friends or random strangers you talk to in the past and added but
life happens and you lose touch normally this would be the end of the relationship but if you keep them on your social media you can reignite any of these relationships with just a DM a like or a story and finally it's just the way the world works now people meet and interact online all the time and it's simply plus EV to put your best foot forward in terms of your digital footprint so just to reiterate the reasons why having an Instagram can be a really good thing is because number one you can control how people
perceive you potential dates instantly feel more comfortable when they know you're a real person with a life this isn't just about dating though it goes for social friends and employers too number two you can keep a roster of people to always hit up again in the future and number three it's just the way the world is headed now let's talk about something I call the bucket and Rain concept I want you to imagine you have a bucket and it's raining outside you want to catch as much rain as you can in your bucket now in
this scenario the bucket is your Instagram profile and the rain is potential dates friendships and opportunities if your IG profile is crap think badly lit selfies no effort pictures and following nothing but Instagram models your bucket basically has a giant hole in the bottle and you're standing outside catching no rain at all but if you invest in building a good bucket this means a highquality Instagram with effort your bucket is reinforced and you're catching a ton of rain which brings us to the golden question how do you build a highquality Instagram this is something I've
been researching for quite a while because I myself was never a huge social media guy so what did I do I study tons and tons of Instagram profiles let's get to some general rules these might seem simple but breaking them down will prove to be more difficult than you think and will require some real effort on your part number one your profile needs to be aesthetic what does that mean exactly well it needs to be coherent in its theme this could look very different for each person for some it means a consistent color scheme for

that doesn't also have a good amount of followers and interaction Instagram is a photo platform after all so you need good photos to get any kind of traction this is just the Second Step but also the step 99% of you are going to fail at because most guys absolutely suck at taking photos of themselves but if you put in practice you can actually become a pretty decent photographer pretty fast you don't need a fanasy camera either almost all of you have smartphones with good enough cameras to take amazing photos what you need to learn is
some photography skills and how to put together an outfit number three high quality fits the easiest way to get attention on Instagram is having a good sense of fashion you can take the best photos ever but if you're dressed like a slob it's going to seriously take away from your profile now here's the tricky part in the world of women there's something called Instagram makeup this is makeup that looks great in an Instagram photo but looks kind of weird in real life the same applies to men's fashion and even hairstyles as a guy there are
some outfits you can rock in a photo that stand out and look great but in person looks kind of goofy same with hairstyles you can do a cool messy hairstyle in a photo but in the real world where there's wind and movement it gets ruined really fast and isn't a realistic way to style your hair keep these things in mind when planning out your fits for your photos number three perception is everything contrary to what you might think you don't need thousands of followers and a blue check mark for a great profile just avoid these
common pitfalls if you are following 2,000 people but have 20 followers your profile looks spam and low quality never buy fake followers it's obvious to most people and you just look like a clown and finally I'm assuming most of you are just normal guys who aren't influencers you want to use that to your advantage and exude genuiness which means aiming for a one:1 follower ratio with a good amount of Engagement now how do you get engagement and followers maybe you're kind of a Shu in and don't have many friends so you have no followers to
interact with your stuff that's where participation in the app comes in you need to use hashtags comments and likes on other people's stuff to get them to reciprocate this helps tremendously if you have a niche to participate in most guys are pretty basic and fall into three niches fashion Fitness or car if you're into fashion and follow a few other guys that have cool outfits and you like and comment on their stuff they'll follow you back and do the same for you also take note of what hashtags other people are using and use those but
remember when putting your profile in front of strangers it has to actually look good for them to follow back hence it always goes back to the Golden Rule have high quality content on your page now another major aspect of getting followers and engagements is reals but that's a bit more advanced so we won't go into that for now number four set and forget the best thing about Instagram especially as a guy is that you don't have to continuously upkeep it you build a great one with a handful of photos then you just update your story
periodically when you do cool stuff like visit a fancy restaurant or take a trip some people make the mistake of thinking you need to post a new picture every day this is not the case at all you only need a handful of quality content to really make this all work and finally is it worth it this stuff sounds like a lot of effort which I completely understand none of this is intuitive for a lot of you which is why I created the insta maxing community in our community guides I break down everything from the type
