knees been really really bad past few days today's my second contra good workout I had box squats actually but today it's my like dynamic that I mcclure a day so that basically means get it off the script as you can focus on speed so I'm actually happy its box squats because you're only doing maybe one third of the motion its liberal issue just a lockout which is a lot easier on my knees because it's like when I go below parallel than my teeth are hurting so that's really helpful for today I'll leave you the clips
