I'm going to be giving you an Ultimate Guide to self-improvement in 2023 so you don't fall down the Trap I did and many others have as well and that's actually hating yourself more even though you're starting self-improvement why do you hate yourself even more because you keep failing and failing and failing and you think of yourself as a piece of [ __ ] because you know you're not good enough I don't know your reason for starting self-improvement but I'm going to go over the five main areas of your life that you don't need to improve
but that you want to improve that being physical social mental spiritual and emotional health these are the five main things that if you master each and every single one of these or even if you improve just a little bit in each and every single one your life is going to improve drastically and the thing is with this like if you improve your physical health your mental health is going to improve your social skills are going to improve your emotional health is going to improve and your spiritual health is going to improve as well let's start
off with social health how do I improve my social health how do I talk to girls how do I go out to people have similar mindsets to me so I can surround myself with like-minded people to achieve success tip number one study great communicators if you want to pull [ __ ] or something you know I don't I don't have a personal recommendation and who to watch and who to study but you probably know a guy if you're like me and you just want to enhance your relationships with people then study the people I don't
know in your life that you know when you're talking to them they make you feel really good why is that and how can you adopt that into your own personal life and step two go out there and challenge yourself I know you're anxious I know you're scared of what they may think just go out and do it the more you do it the better you'll get the more confident you'll feel let's go on to the next dimension of health and that is going to be emotional health now what is emotional health what's the difference between
emotional and mental that mental is kind of how you it's kind of how you interpret things your perspective how you feel but emotional health is how you respond to how you feel you know how you manage your emotions and why is emotional health so important I can guarantee you this if you know how to manage your emotions successively you will achieve anything you want in life when you feel angry and you hit the gym every single time you do push-ups every single time you're putting your energy into something positive most people 90 of people when
they get angry they'll hit their Vape they'll punch a wall they'll throw their PS4 controller and where does that actually get them nowhere but if you can turn it around and do something that will benefit you when you experience negative emotions maybe it's frustration maybe it's anger and you do something with that energy you're going to be ahead of 99 of people yeah maybe when you feel frustrated you go for a walk maybe you feel burnt out maybe you have maybe you have a day or two off observe your emotions and decide what to do

to be spiritual health what is spiritual health a lot of people think it's just religion yeah all this is religion look that's part of it if you are religious great keep doing you it's also a meaning purpose and a mission for your life because having purpose is going to be your foundation to whatever you do in this life my purpose is to inspire you and Inspire the masses yeah rebuild this generation that is my purpose that is so strong and that's what keeps me motivated every single day in and out also finding love in the
little things falling in love with nature when you go for a walk just falling in love with the Earth having that connection with the with the earth I know it sounds cringy I know it sounds corny but it's true and you are on this Earth for maybe the next 56 years or maybe only three or four days you never know death is inevitable and that's something with spiritual health as well staying in the present moment death is coming and we don't know when so enjoy every single day luggage your last now physical health let's move
on to physical health it's pretty simple physical health is basically what you do with your body and what you feed it now how do we improve after physical health of course cut out the [ __ ] I'm not I'm not going to explain what a good diet looks like because you already know what a good diet looks like but one thing your diet doesn't have to be 100 healthy 100 of the time just make sure that you know what you're feeding your body I'd say 90 of the time is stuff that feel like you feel
good after you eat it yeah some people say that meat's not healthy some people say it's the best food in the planet some people say that kale is not healthy if you feel good after you eat it yeah after you eat McDonald's you feel like absolute [ __ ] so it's not good for you of course now exercise you don't have to be lifting weights I see a lot of people like if you don't lift weights you're not healthy that doesn't necessarily mean if you want to lift weights cool go ahead build that dream body
but if your definition of being healthy is just running four times a week do you if your definition of exercise and being healthy is doing a martial art do you if your definition of being healthy is plan a sport and being good at that sport go ahead and do you find something you enjoy that keeps you healthy now let's go into mental health the most important one yeah because your mental health will shake whole entire life I'm going to keep this short because my camera is going to die in a minute so yeah I'm going
to keep this short for you I'm going to go through the habits that will really improve your mental health I'm not going to go over each and every single one but yeah let's get into it I just write them down so I can remember them uh coach hours journaling nofap for the men out there having a strict morning routine not a strict but you know a solid morning routine having a solid night routine making sure you're sleeping seven to nine hours a day it's practicing gratitude spending less time on social media actually getting out there
and cutting all your bad habits that don't apply to you a lot or don't apply to your mission don't apply to your purpose yeah all these things are going to improve your mental health they release good hormones I'm not going to go over everything that you get what I mean you improve two three areas of your health the other two will probably improve as well now if your mental health is yet there your social skills are there you're surrounded by the right people they're probably going to get you in the gym so your physical health
