what's up everyone welcome back my channel i'm marching over black belt under my soldier cf five-time world champ big us guys in today's last i'm gonna show uh uh two details uh for beginners two takedowns that i believe that makes a big difference so out there there's a lot of like single leg takedown for beginners it's a lot of single leg takedowns for for for white belts in general for everybody but this detail that i like to teach the fundamentals uh class they build up super super easy because i show two scenarios not just about
single leg in general but once they started going like a uh position spawn for example they will never make it okay so this video that i like to use a single egg it's really legit and you can make ours the single leg and then also i'm going to show a very good detail to finish the single leg and continue to pass the garden okay so i'm going to show you guys two takedowns the single leg take down and the double leg take down which is the classic for everybody okay so what makes harder is how
we're gonna make it in a safe way where you can connect and finish okay [Music] let's go for the first one right here where i'm here with matt and then we engage grips okay so when matt has this arm on my collar it's gonna be super hard to make the single leg okay so for example if i'm here and i try to die for the the single leg right here i'm not gonna keep his arm stiff and i never make shoot that leg and maybe if like depends on the situation he may keep it snapped
means so i can fall down his circle around with the hands on my collar that's a big mistake though does okay but there's a shortcut that i like to do with that this grip doesn't interfere with anything okay so we saw shooting the leg with this arm now i'm going to shoot the leg so let's do this angle right here i'm going to show the leg where i'm going to try to go here you know that his arm is stiff what i'm going to do i'm going to go inside okay now i'm going to step
