start a close guard okay so right here so when it comes to a hip bump sweep right so a lot of people especially begins like the white belts they like they try to sit up with the guard clothes which you should not be doing them you cannot try to come up with a close guard like this because lower your weight over your shoulder so first thing first you can open your guard okay so let's try avoid coming up both hands in the mat which white belt does a lot a lot of momentos a lot of
