want to share something and inside that some of you guys may have felt but don't yet understand how it impacts you see in 2024 we have the lowest barrier of building a company we have the lowest barrier to acquiring information and acquiring skills now you as a business owner you may think that oh I'm good at running Facebook ad oh I'm good at running email marketing oh I'm good at setting oh I'm good at closer but what happens when there is a thousand people being created just like you every single month it doesn't matter how
great you are are your skill the amount of Labor skilled labor being created because of the information age is insane it is actually scary and for me I feel sorry to all the people out there who have commoditized skills commoditized service businesses because you are about to struggle more than ever before and I'm making this video to warn you please please do everything you can to become more sophisticated and in the next few minutes I'm actually going to be sharing with you guys how we're personally building companies online because the old way of just acquiring
a skill like oh I can go find media buyers and go to Ecom Brands and sell them media buying services or I can do email marketing services to these Ecom Brands you are going to die you're better off getting a job I promise you I work with hundreds and hundreds of businesses every quarter looking to scale and I see how hard it is to acquire clients today and it is so crazy it is insane since I have a pretty big audience of people looking to acquire freedom and change their lives and make millions and millions
of dollars through building and scaling companies online I feel like it's my duty and I owe it to you guys to share with you guys what's working for us at clown acquisition. and all of our partners and let's get into it see two things that I want to share with you guys the first thing that I want to share is when we're building companies and offers for our clients that are super scalable and super profitable there are two questions that we ask ourselves is the thing we're trying to sell a commodity if it is a
commodity we don't want to sell we will build a unique system a unique infrastructure that is unique to us and that we can sell for a premium that is the first thing and the second thing is we don't want to sell our time we do not want to sell done fore services for a retainer every single month the reason to that is because no matter how much money you get paid every month you will not outrun time time is of the essence time is the only resource that we can get more of so if a
paycheck is attached to a timeline we do not want we want to sell something and get paid up front and get paid a lot of money up front now how do we find these offers is the question the transitional process was you find a service or you maybe learn from a course that hey this is the service you need to do email marketing you need to do ads or you need to become a Setter or you need to become a closer we don't want to build companies based on a service or a scale what we
actually want to do is we go into a niche pick any Niche it could be software it could be Ecom it could be HVAC it could be metpa we have clients in over 60 plus n so we pick a niche and then we like to look at the top 1% of that Niche we like to see okay how are they out earning the 99% of the market that they're competing with what is the thing that they're doing that makes them stand out from the rest of the market and what we end up realizing is that
there is a gap and this Gap is bridged by this mechanism or sequence of mechanisms that the top 1% has put in place the rest of the market has yet to put in place and our business become bridging that gap for the remainder of the market that has yet to bridge it we're not selling commoditized services instead we're understanding the top 1% and we're understanding what separates them from the remainder of the 99% and we're creating a gap and we build an infrastructure that builds that Gap that bridges that Gap and then we go to
the market we create content we run ads we build sales teams we build appointment setting teams that just goes to the remaining 99% say hey guys you guys are dying and because this 1% has understand this so this means that our service becomes something completely different from what every commodity service provider agency coach consultant is doing instead of selling a service we're actually selling a transformation we're selling a protocol something that is productized and that we can build and release infinite amount of times guys once you understand this and the potential of this model and
this way of building companies today you you don't actually even need to be an expert at anything you don't need 20 years of experience like I went from making 300K a year to making $9.5 million the difference wasn't because I had spent 20 years of experience learning clown acquisition no the difference is instead of just selling one thing one service appointment setting Instagram Outreach Facebook ad instead I went to a market and I understood what kept 99% of the market from achieving the 1% transformation and I created a protocol and an infrastructure that Bridges the
Gap and that's how I went from being a commoditized person making 300K a year grinding 247 I was working nights and day trying to get a client to pay me 1,500 bucks a month and that was like the top paying client the rest were paying me 12250 a month 1,000 bucks a month so I went from selling my time for 1,500 bucks a month to making half a million dollars in cash collected every single month do you know how crazy that is I did not become smarter all I did was become more sophisticated in what
I was selling and that changed everything of course become sophisticated in the thing you sell but also sell it in a fulfillment model that is scalable don't just sell your time now a lot of you guys will be like oh but I want the retainer I want the retainer I want recurring Revenue well guess what when you're building and releasing 10 to 20 infrastructures a month at the end of the year you end up acquiring hundreds and hundreds of clients and this allows you it affords you a more leveraged backend offer service which is you
now have data from all these businesses so now each single business gets value from paying you every month so you can optimize the infrastructure or other systems in their businesses does that make sense so instead of just selling retainer services or selling email marketing where every single time you have to hire a contractor the more clients you get you can now actually start selling optimization as a service which is infinitely more leverag and infinitely more profitable than the old way of running an agency model so does that make sense so there's still some form of
retention you can sell Community you can sell Consulting you can sell optimization and with a team of 510 experts you can serve hundreds of businesses every single month every single year and still have 90% profit margins on your backend service so listen to this not only does your front an offer becomes super profitable because it's a premium in infrastructure it's something that is unique so you sell it as a premium and it's super profitable 70% margins even your backend service becomes even more profitable and that's how you beat time that's how you go from being
