THE BIBLE CONDEMNS THESE SINS, BUT FEW WANT TO AVOID THEM

the signs that we live in the end times are evident we see the increase in hunger diseases more frequent climate changes and a growing distance of humanity from God this is precisely what Jesus talked about in Matthew chap 24 look at what he said Nation will rise against nation and Kingdom against Kingdom there will be famines and earthquakes in various places all these are the beginning of birth pains then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you and all nations will hate you for my name's sake and then many will be offended will

betray one another and will hate one another then many false prophets will rise and deceive many and because lawlessness will abound the love of many will grow cold Matthew 247-12 moral Decay is one of the signs Jesus predicted would increase in the world before his return and this is happening do you think the rise in lack of love for others is just a coincidence certainly not the Apostle Paul confirms this in his second letter to Timothy but know this that in the last days perilous times will come for men will be lovers of themselves lovers

I post a new video now let's begin the first sin is selfishness selfishness is the first sin mentioned by Paul in second Timothy and if we examine it closely it is very prevalent today a quick look at social media reveals how people are obsessed with themselves flaunting their achievements and neglecting others and the things of God selfishness is one of the worst spiritual diseases of this Century because it destroys human Essence and distances us from the Lord it goes against Jesus main Commandments to love God with all your heart and your neighbor as yourself and

un fortunately selfishness is taking over the world but we Christians must not conform to it we should follow the example of Christ who came to serve and give his life to others are you willing to forgo your desires to do the will of the Lord think about it the second sin is greed the second sin mentioned by Paul in his letter is greed which is nothing more than a love for money at another time Paul said the love of money is the root of of all kinds of Evil 1 Timothy 6:10 some people craving money

have strayed from the faith and pierced themselves through with many Sorrows have you ever considered the amount of crime committed daily because of money frauds thefts homicides and Wars families are destroyed and dreams are interrupted by a love for money the problem is not money itself it is a blessing from God for us to provide for ourselves and help those in need the problem is attachment to material possessions and as the verse we read says many who love money suffer greatly today many wealthy individuals experience depression and anxiety crises due to their desire for more

so be careful those who put money first may turn away from God and lose their faith the third sin is immorality the lack of Holiness is a sin that has recently dominated the world before the return of Jesus we don't need to say much about this look at television or social media to see the amount of sensuality and sexuality some apps pay people for sensual photos and videos and many expose their bodies to strangers with no concern and this which should be condemned is considered normal but immorality is an offense to God who is Holy

the Bible vises us flee from sexual immorality every other sin a person commits is outside the body but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you whom you have from God you are not your own for you were bought with a price so glorify God in your body 1 Corinthians 6:18 to20 if we want to live with Christ and reign with him forever we need to repent our sins and seek a life of Holiness flee from immorality and live

for the glory of God fourth sin blasphemy blasphemy is the gravest sin a person can commit and we see it happening in TV shows movies series music and the internet look at what Jesus said I tell you every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven people but the blasphemy against the spirit will not and whoever speaks a word against the son of man will be forgiven but whoever speaks against the holy spirit will not be forgiven either in this age or the age to come Matthew 12: 31-32 blasphemy means speaking ill insulting offending and making up

lies and the Pharisees did this constantly against Jesus but Christ said that even this could be forgiven except for blasphemy against the holy spirit this is because the holy spirit's role is to convict people of sin and lead them to repentance to be saved one must repent those who blaspheme against the Holy Spirit ignore the only one who can convince them to leave sin behind and seek forgiveness if you are repentant you have not blasphemed against the Holy Spirit those who curse do not feel remorse or desire to change Jesus clarified that he never rejects

those who come to him so confess your sins and receive forgiveness amen the fifth sin is complacency who doesn't enjoy being in their comfort zone we like things to stay as they are one major sign of complacency is when we avoid making decisions or taking on responsibilities that could cause discomfort but why is this a sin because it is impossible to fulfill God's call and share his word without stepping out of our comfort zones Paul said that the gospel is the power of God for salvation meaning it can transform lives and restore families when you

are complacent instead of Desiring to share God's love you are satisfied merely by attending church and thinking you've done your part as a Christian and in recent times distractions and entertainment have increased significantly people spend hours watching TV listening to music playing video games and socializing without realizing that Jesus could return the best way to overcome complacency is to fight against your flesh and Unite with people walking with God Amen the Bible says so whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it for him it is sin James 4:17 if you have

been complacent step out of your comfort zone today and God will strengthen you the sixth sin is arrogance arrogance is a sin that destroys relationships and distances people from God arrogant individuals consider themselves Superior to others and are not interested in hearing different opinions believing they are always right their vanity surpasses everything including their love for God this is a common sin today reflect on how many people you know who consider themselves more intelligent clever or even more spiritual than others however arrogance leads to destruction and separation from God the Bible says God opposes the

proud but gives grace to the humble James 4:6 we should never be arrogant because Jesus is about to return and only those who have the humility to recognize they are nothing without his grace and mercy will be saved Christ only saves those who repent their sins and believe in him as the sole savior amen seventh sin ingratitude the Bible shows us that man's heart is deceitful and corrupt by nature and ingratitude is a consequence it is simply the lack of recognition for those who have done good to us be honest how often have you thanked

God today or in the past week how many times have you said Thank you to the Lord when someone becomes ungrateful it's only a matter of time before they forget who helped them achieve everything they have and become who they are nowadays unfortunately we see many people like this they receive gifts and talents blessings of health peace and material goods yet they do not recognize God's hand or or thank him for everything they receive this was evident when Jesus healed 10 lepers only one of them returned to thank him and Christ was surprised by the

lack of gratitude from the other nine this man who thanked him wasn't even Jewish but a foreigner this teaches us that even those saved by Jesus can fall into the same error of not recognizing God's love and mercy due to becoming accustomed to it therefore remember daily the great work the Lord has done in your life and thank him greatly amen these are the Seven Sins prevailing today of course there are many others but I want to tell you that Jesus is about to return soon the trumpet will sound and the savior of the world
