the roof never leaked in the first place schedule a fix schedule an appointment today you just tell me which which company to go with the company that was passive or the company that was direct well the company that was direct made me feel like they could actually solve my problem and the company that was passive came off as insecure and wanting to talk about themselves and also not bother me what do you talk about you want to bother me I'm asking you to fix my roof right don't be insecure tell me I can fix it
