before we pray let's listen to God's word and then we'll pray together the words of Psalm 9 remind us of David's deep and heartfelt Devotion to God he says I will praise you Lord with all my heart I will tell everyone about the wonderful things you have done I will be filled with joy because of you I will sing praises to your name oh most high David's love for God wasn't casual or half-hearted it came from the depths of his soul his heart was entirely dedicated to honoring the Lord can you imagine what your life
would look like if you approached God the same way giving him all of your heart holding nothing back what if in every moment you chose to praise him with your words your actions and even your thoughts David also promis to share the wonders of God's work with others will you do the same will you testify to his goodness his mercy and his Endless Love in your life God has been faithful to you he has carried you through times of Doubt fear and pain will you now tell others of His Marvelous work so they too may
see his greatness David speaks of Joy a joy that does not depend on circumstances he says he will rejoice in the Lord and sing praises to his name even when he is surrounded by enemies it's a reminder that true Joy comes not from our circumstances but from knowing who God is David trusted that when his enemies turned against him they would ultimately fall because of God's presence and power he knew that God defends those who belong to him taking up their cause and bringing Justice in his perfect way and timing even when life feels uncertain
or unfair God is still on his throne He reigns with righteousness and judges with fairness you can rest in this Truth The God Who protected David is the same God who protects you today his power is unmatched and his love is unchanging when you feel surrounded by difficulties remember that God is your Defender his presence is enough to overcome anything the New Testament carries the same message of Hope and Grace in 2 Corinthians 12: 8 and9 Paul shares how he pleaded with God three times to take away a burden he was carrying but instead of
removing it God gave him a promise my grace is all you need my power works best in weakness these words are a gift to all of us they remind us that God's grace is enough it is sufficient it is perfect and it will never run out even in your weakest moments God's strength is working in you and through you his power shines brightest when you feel like you have have none left instead of being discouraged by your struggles you can learn like Paul to rejoice in them why because every moment of weakness is an opportunity
for God's power to be displayed in your life this truth should fill your heart with gratitude and give you a reason to declare just like David I will praise you Lord with all my heart I will tell everyone about the wonderful things you have done I will be glad and rejoice in you I will sing praises to your name oh most high let us come before God In Prayer Lord Jesus Your Grace is so amazing so much more than I could ever deserve even in my most unworthy moments you pour out your love upon me
you love me deeply even when I Stumble even when I fall short of what you desire for me despite my flaws you choose to protect me from harm you stand as a shield around me surrounding me with your favor you cover me with your mercy erasing my mistakes and offering me a fresh start again and again how could I ever thank you enough how can I not lift my voice in praise and worship for all that you have done for me Lord you are so good to me far beyond what I deserve you are greater
than my my past greater than every mistake I've ever made and greater than all the pain I've carried in my heart when I look at my failures I see your forgiveness when I reflect on my Brokenness I see your healing even when life feels heavy and overwhelming even when the weight of the world feels like it might crush me I can still Rejoice not because my circumstances are perfect but because you are perfect you are always good no matter what season of life I am in in times of joy you are there filling my heart
with gladness in times of Sorrow you are still there comforting me with your unchanging love you are the foundation that I can stand on when everything else feels uncertain Lord you've been so patient with me I think of all the times I've fallen the times I've doubted you and the moments I've turned away and yet you never turned away from me I have given you so many reasons to walk away yet you chose to stay not only did you stay but you also loved me more deeply than I could ever imagine your love didn't waver
it didn't diminish because of my failures instead you reached reached out to me with forgiveness and Grace your word says as far as the East is from the West so far have you removed my sins from me what a beautiful truth you don't just forgive you completely erase my sins you don't hold my past against me but instead you call me to a future filled with hope and purpose I don't deserve this kind of love but I'm so thankful for it I bless your Holy Name Jesus because there is no one like you no one
loves like you no one else could ever offer the grace and mercy you have shown me so Lord with all my heart I praise you I will not hold back my gratitude or My Worship I will tell others of the incredible things you have done in my life the times you SA saved me when I didn't even realize I needed saving the times you answered prayers I hadn't even spoken aloud and the countless ways you've blessed me day after day I will rejoice in your goodness not just when things are easy but even when life
feels hard I will sing praises to your name because you alone are worthy you are the one who forgives my sins heals the wounds in my heart and redeems my life from destruction you Crown me with kindness and compassion that I could never earn and never repay everything I have everything I am is because of your goodness and Grace Your Grace is what sustains me Lord It's what gives me strength when I feel weak when I feel like I can't go on your grace lifts me up and Carries me forward when I feel like giving
up your strength fills the empty spaces in my heart and reminds me that I am never alone You Are Holy and just and I know I can trust you completely you have never failed me Lord not once you have never let me down and I know that you never will you are faithful and because of that my heart overflows with gratitude for everything you've done in my life you are the god of Miracles there is no problem too big for you to solve no situation too hopeless for you to redeem even when I can't see
the way forward I trust that you are already working behind the scenes preparing a path for me you have a solution for every challenge I face even when I don't understand it yet through the blood of Jesus you have empowered me to rise above every difficulty because of you I Know I Can Face anything Lord help me to trust you more deeply every day teach me to praise you in every situation even when I don't understand what you're doing help me to believe that you see the bigger picture even when I can only see a
small part I know that your timing is always perfect and your plans for me are good when life feels uncertain remind me that I can rest in your promises you are the Good Shepherd and you will always guide me toward what is best for me when life feels overwhelming Lord I know you see my struggles you feel my pain and understand every tear I cry you are not distant or far away you are close to me walking with me through every Valley in those moments when I feel weak and unsure I will hold on to
the grace you have given me your grace is always enough it is enough to calm my fears enough to lift my burdens and enough to give me hope for tomorrow thank you for loving me unconditionally for forgiving me completely and for giving me strength when I feel like I have none left may your name always be glorified and may my life be a reflection of your goodness teach me to rely on you fully to love you with all my heart and to trust you with everything I have I Surrender my worries my fears and my
