before we pray let's listen to God's word and then we'll pray together Psalm 90:17 says let the favor of the Lord Our God be upon us and establish the work of our hands upon us these words remind you that no matter how hard you try no matter how much effort you put into something without God's help and blessings it all amounts to nothing life can be busy and you might feel like you're constantly working or striving to make things better but pause for a moment and reflect are you inviting God into the work of your
hands are you asking him not just to bless your efforts but to make them a blessing to others God has given you so much already if you take a moment to look around you'll see the many blessings he's placed in your life think of your family your friends and the people who love and care about you these are gifts from from God even if you don't always notice them as such sometimes the simple things a warm home food to eat clothes to wear are blessings that are easy to take for granted but these too are
evidence of God's favor in your life there's an old hymn that says count your blessings name them one by one and it will surprise you what the Lord has done it's a beautiful reminder of how easy it is to overlook God's goodness when you don't intentionally reflect on it but counting your blessings isn't where it ends as you see all that God has done for you let it inspire you to pray for something greater that you too may become a blessing to others imagine living in such a way that others count you as one of
the blessings in their lives God's favor doesn't just flow to you it is meant to flow through you touching and uplifting the lives of those around you Proverbs 11:25 says whoever brings blessing will be enriched and one who Waters will himself be watered this verse carries a profound truth when you choose to bless others you open yourself up to be blessed even more God loves a cheerful giver and he honors those who seek to share his love through acts of kindness generosity and encouragement if you make it your mission to bring joy to others God
will sure that your life overflows with his joy and blessings but how do you become a blessing it starts with prayer pray that God will guide you shape your heart and open your eyes to the needs of those around you pray for his favor not just for your own life but so that you can be a vessel of his love and kindness and so with a humble heart let us come before God In Prayer dear heavenly father I am in awe of your boundless love for me a love that never falters never fails and never
gives up you are my Creator my protector and my provider and I thank you with all my heart for the gift of life you have so graciously given me every single breath I take is a reflection of your mercy and Grace thank you for waking me up each morning for giving me the strength to face each day and for surrounding me with your steadfast love and faithfulness your mercies are truly new every morning and it humbles me to know that you care so deeply for me I cannot begin to express how much it means to
me that you watch over me day and night shielding me from harm and ensuring my safety I am grateful Lord for your unwavering provision in my life the roof over my head the food that sustains me the clothes that keep me warm and the shoes that carry me on my journey these blessings are not small they are expressions of your abundant goodness when I reflect on all you have done I realize that your blessings in my life are too many to count and I thank you with all my heart father as you have poured out
your blessings on me I pray that you help me to share that same love and kindness with others teach me Lord to be a vessel of your blessings to spread your light to those around me may I be a source of joy and encouragement to my family my loved ones my friends and even to strangers who may cross my way help me to be someone who lifts the spirits of others who brings smiles and hope wherever I go use me Lord as an instrument of your peace and joy let my life be a reflection of
Your Love a living testimony of what it means to be touched by your grace may unbelievers look at my life and see something that draws them to you may they see your love for someone who was once lost but is now found and your forgiveness for a sinner who has been redeemed Lord let my life tell the story of your Amazing Grace a Grace that transforms heals and restores I pray that every lost soul I encounter will see the evidence of your mercy mercy and love through the way I live and speak may they know
that you are a God who never gives up on us no matter how far we have strayed Lord I declare your word as it is written in Psalm 90:17 May the favor of the Lord Our God rest on us establish the work of our hands for us yes establish the work of our hands father I claim this promise not only for myself s but for everyone who listens to this prayer may your favor rest upon our families our loved ones and even future Generations our children and their children I speak your blessings and favor over
our lives knowing that your word is true and unchanging Lord you have said that the peacemakers are blessed and will be called the children of God help me father to live as a peacemaker in every aspect aspect of my life whether in my home my workplace or my community may I strive to bring peace and Harmony teach me to seek reconciliation where there is conflict to sew seeds of understanding where there is division and to be a Channel of Hope in a world that often feels broken father I ask that you guide my words and
help me to speak life into the hearts of others as Proverbs 15:4 says the soothing tongue is a tree of life I pray that my words may bring healing encouragement and comfort to those who hear them let my tongue be a tool that unites rather than divides that builds up rather than tears down may my speech reflect the love and grace that you have shown me Lord your word also says in Proverbs 10:1 the mouth of the righteous is a Fountain of Life I pray that my mouth will be like a refreshing fountain bringing hope
and renewal to those who are weary and burdened give me opportunities Lord to speak kind and tender-hearted words that uplift and Inspire as you teach us in Ephesians 4:32 be kind and compassionate to one another forgiving each other just as in Christ God forgave you help me to forgive others freely just as you have forgiven me and to use my words to bring unity and Reconciliation father I acknowledge that all I have comes from you and I ask for the wisdom to use these blessings to serve others you have blessed me not so I can
keep these blessings to myself but so I can share them with those in need help me to be a cheerful Giver as your word says it is more blessed to give than to receive teach me to see the needs of others with compassion and to respond with generosity Lord your word reminds me that whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord Lord and He will reward them for what they have done cultivate within me a heart that is eager to help a spirit that Delights in giving and hands that are ready to serve
may I always be mindful of the less privileged and quick to offer my assistance whether through my resources my time or my prayers Lord I ask that you fill my heart with compassion as Galatians 6: 2 teaches us to carry each other's burdens and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ help me to be empathetic and understanding always ready to stand alongside those who are struggling teach me to pray earnestly for my family my friends and my fellow Believers lifting them up in love and faith enlarge my heart father so that I
may be considerate and selfless as Philippians 2:4 says do not merely look out for your own personal interests but also for the interests of others help me to see the needs of others as just as important as my own and to respond with kindness and generosity may I never withhold good from those who need it and may I always be ready to show Hospitality remembering the words of Hebrews 13:2 do not forget to show Hospitality to strangers for by so doing some people have shown Hospitality to Angels without knowing it Lord Give Me a Heart
Like The Good Samaritan one that is moved by compassion and ready to act let my prayer Be Here I Am Lord send me use me father as your hands and feet to reach those who are hurting to bring relief to the needy and to share the hope of the Gospel may I have a Caring Heart that reflects your love a heart that is quick to forgive slow to anger and abundant in kindness help me to be a blessing to those around me carrying their burdens and showing them the love that comes from you father I
