you will never win against lust the way you are now you cannot stop a bird from flying over your head but you can stop it from building its nest try to imagine the bird being your thoughts as something you can't control no matter how much you try to cut out lust you will always have these thoughts but it's not the thoughts that are the problem the problem is allowing these thoughts to occupy your your mind let me repeat this you cannot stop a bird from flying over your head but you can stop it from building
its nest in other words you can't control your thoughts but can control whether those thoughts dominate your mind when you let sin rule over your mind it only leads to more pain more sin and then destruction so you shouldn't focus on how many days you've been clean or repeat to yourself I'm not going to give into lust today because that is allowing lust to take up space in your conscious which means you're letting the bird build its nest but instead of focusing on fighting lust you should be focusing on serving Jesus and the Lord will
remove this temptation from your life doing this will transform your mind to not allow lust to take control of you anymore comment amen and share with anyone who needs to hear this message
