everything you know about making money on YouTube is wrong you've been told that you need 4,000 watch hours and 1,000 subscribers to make any money on YouTube what if I told you that you don't need any subscribers to actually make money on YouTube you'd probably say that I'm Fuller but in this video I'm going to peel back the curtains and reveal how my channels are able to make money on YouTube without 4,000 watch hours and 1,000 subscribers the channels that I'm about to reveal are completely faceless most of them have way less than 4,000 watch
hours and a few of them have less than 1,000 subscribers but these channels still bring me money every single month in addition I'm going to reveal how you can do this too in fact I'm going to show you how you could get started today and potentially start making money within 2 days now this video is going to be comprised of three parts part number one is going to be the problem with YouTube and the YouTube Partner program part number two are examples of my channels that are bringing me money every single month none of them

I'll get you pinned let's go ahead and get into part number one which is the problem with the YouTube Partner program first and foremost if you want to be part of the YouTube Partner program you need to create create at least above average content there are millions of YouTube channels that are out there and most of them will never meet the requirements because their content just isn't good enough problem number two which I'm sure you're aware of you need at least 4,000 watch hours within a rolling oneyear period which can be incredibly difficult to get
to if you are brand new 4,000 watch hours can feel like an incredibly daunting task but that's something that I'm not actually worried about problem number three is you need to have 1,000 subscribers again again this can like an impossible task when your videos are only getting 20 views per day and I think the biggest problem is that you need to be in good standing with YouTube that can change over time videos that were once in good standing could potentially no longer be in good standing and would run the risk of you losing the ability
to join the YouTube Partner program and this actually brings me to my next point you need to create content that is friendly to YouTube in the YouTube Partner program for example if your content is about Pew pews then it's very possible that you're not eligible for the you to partner program in addition Advertiser friendly content can really change and it can have a huge impact on the type of money that you can make if you're not aware as an Advertiser you can select the type of videos that you want to display your content if your
content is overly explicit you're not going to have as many opportunities as someone that creates generic friendly content and because of this most YouTubers or content creators just kind of make the same copy and paste YouTube content most content creators aren't able to just be them M themselves they have to make quote unquote Advertiser friendly content which is kind of vague in addition you'll find that most YouTubers use the same editing style and it really strips who the individual is which kind of gets away from the whole purpose of YouTube when it first started and
all of these things actually result in people giving up on YouTube before they have a chance to meet the YouTube Partner program requirements now that we've talked about all of the problems or challenges that go into the YouTube Partner program I want to show you my channels that are fac list and that actually bring me money every single month now as I mentioned most of these channels have less than 4,000 watch hours and some of them have less than 1,000 subscribers none of them are a part of the YouTube Partner program because of this so
let's go ahead and jump into my computer and I'll show you a few examples example number one this is called building a school this channel has just over 1,700 subscribers but I actually make money in a few different ways if you look at my most DED videos you can see I talk about funnels and I also talk about school which is a new platform this is just one example another example this channel actually only has 32 subscribers however if we look at my most viewed video this video right here Little Tikes giant inflatable side bouncer
this video right here is completely faceless and these channels these videos actually bring me money every single month this video right here called web hosting rewind my most viewed video has 6.1 th000 views from a year ago I have just over 1,800 subscribers but these videos believe it or not actually bring me money every single month and the final example that I want to show you is a YouTube channel that I started a while ago it was called start the YouTube channel it has 5,000 subscribers it has way less than 4,000 watch hours but these
videos right here this video can you monetize motivational in 2022 and how to monetize books in 2022 they actually bring me money every single month and I want to show you how you could start doing this too let's go ahead and get into part three which is the most important part and it's how you can get started step by step the first thing that you want to do is you want to identify what you want to be known for often times you're going to hear people call this a niche this can be your interest Hobbies
passion even what you do at work so if you have skills in Microsoft Excel or you genuinely like to teach people how to play basketball any of this is going to work quick note we don't worry about competition and saturation quite honestly everything is competitive and everything is saturated but if you follow the method that I recommend it's not going to matter once you identify what you want to be known for the next step is to identify the problems and the tools that your target audience need in order to be successful let's say for example
you wanted to help people get started with streaming these are the problems and tools potentially that your target audience could use and you could start helping them with content one example would be microphone accessories another example could be cameras or webcam you you could even include streaming software or maybe even the different types of laptops and computers that they would need to start streaming now the next step is going to be really really important so I recommend that you write this down the next step is we're simply going to create content but we're not just
going to create any type of content when I first got started on YouTube I made the mistake of creating broad General content that was just too competitive I was trying to make how-to videos I was trying to make guides but what you'll notice is you'll notice that the larger content creators in your Niche have already made those types of videos and it's going to be impossible for you to get traction trying to make those same videos but this is what we're going to do instead you're going to identify a product that you want to talk
about for example if I was in the streaming Niche I'd want to talk about this microphone what we're going to do is we're going to make YouTube videos talking about this product to start for example I might create a video with the best accessories for this microphone I could also talk about how to set it up in addition I'm going to create a review for this microphone my first five videos are going to be dedicated to this microphone and the reason is simple we are niching down we are staking our claim that we are an
expert that knows about this product anytime somebody searches it most likely our name is going to pop up in addition we are getting directly in front of people that want to learn about our Niche but they're just trying to get started and trying to piece it together now depending on the product that you select it's going to be way less competitive than simply doing howto guys how to start streaming for beginners is going to be way too competitive but if you create a step-by-step video on how to set up this microphone it's going to be
less competitive so we're going to create product reviews we're going to create unboxings we're going to create a setup we're going to create videos about accessories we're also going to talk about Alternatives because there's going to be a group of people out there that are interested in this microphone but they also want to know about competitors that are in the space and finally we can end by creating a video about the best features of this product that's not all after you create these five types of videos we're going to create a different type of video
we're going to create what I call X versus y content for example this is a wa 47 Jr microphone what we're going to do is we're going to go up to the search bar and we're going to type in w47 Jr versus and then there's going to be a whole list of microphones that come out we are simply going to identify four or five and we're going to make videos on this comparison what we're going to do is we're going to talk about the pros and cons and then make a final recommendation now you can
recommend this microphone or the other one it doesn't really matter because we are going to monetize it essentially the same way the reason why this is such a great opportunity is again people are knowledgeable of this microphone they're ready to buy it however they just want to make sure that there aren't any other better alternatives for them after we create three or four of these different types of videos we are going to create what I call best X versus Y type content for example we might create a video called called the best microphone for streamers
or the best webcams for new streamers again we're creating content that gets directly in front of our target audience and so when we start creating these videos we are going to build trust with our audience and then eventually when we decide to make how-to videos it'll be much easier to grow and actually make money with different revenue streams the final video that we are going to create our best X under why for example best microphones under $200 or best webcams under $150 now these videos are probably going to be a little bit more competitive so
I like to save these Until the End again I cannot stress this enough please do not create tutorials do not create how to guides it's going to be really really competitive for most niches and I certainly recommend that if you want to grow faster you Niche down you talk to a very small group of people in the very beginning and then you can scope out or Niche up as you grow and gain more followers now the final step is to actually make money how are we going to bring all of this together so that we
can start making money within 2 days what I recommend for brand new YouTubers is to actually start affiliate marketing and affiliate marketing is simply recommending or selling other people's products and services now there are a ton of benefits to affiliate marketing I'm just going to list the top three first of all you don't need your own product you can simply use the product of a well-known brand like this wa47 Jr you don't have to worry about shipping or customer service you simply will create content the content that I list listed out for you and you
are going to attract people to you this is how you're going to get started with affiliate marketing step by step once you have your product that you want to use you are simply going to go to Google and you're going to type in the name of the manufacturer for example this is warm audio I'm going to type in warm audio affiliate program and then there should be a list of different affiliate opportunities that pop up the manufactured itself might actually offer an affiliate program if not there are going to be a few other websites that
pop up another option is to go to all of the big box stores Amazon Walmart Target and see if they have an affiliate program often times you can scroll down to the bottom of the screen and look for become an affiliate partner with us or some variation you simply click on that link and you follow the directions to apply another option is to jump into Google and type in microphone or whatever type of product this is and then affiliate program afterwards what you'll find is there's going to be different websites that put together lists of
different affiliate programs that you can simply apply to now the great thing with affiliate marketing is that you can apply to all of these programs essentially at the same time there's no exclusivity agreement there's nobody preventing you from being an affiliate for five or six of these different programs I do want to give you a heads up some of these affiliate programs will approve you right away some of these are going to take a week or two some of these affiliate programs are going to reject you they're going to deny your application no matter what
still apply no matter what still make the content because one once you start gaining followers and Views you can always go back to that affiliate program and say look I've got 10,000 followers now I think it's in your best interest to let me become an affiliate and partner with you now once you are accepted to these different affiliate programs you're going to take the URL that they give you calls an affiliate link and you're going to put it in the description of your videos so any video that you've made about the microphone best X for
