begin this practice by getting into a comfortable position whatever that looks like for you hit pause if you need to if you'd like to get extra cozy lying in bed or on your couch whatever feels right to you really support yourself during this time and when you're ready lovingly close your eyes begin to tune in to your breath and your body [Music] letting your breath slow down belly and rib cage expanding as you breathe in and contracting as you breathe out letting the air flow freely with no restrictions use your exhales to drop more deeply
into your body and into this moment trust and know [Music] all is well and you are in the right place no matter what you're feeling right now it's okay let yourself know it's okay become aware of that non-physical aspect of you [Music] your eternal self feel them wrapping their arms around you loving you admiring you [Music] letting you know you've done nothing wrong you are okay all is well and you are loved relax into this feeling [Music] you may imagine as if a blanket of white light is wrapping you up loving on you nurturing you
keeping you safe and warm offering a reminder to you [Music] that you truly are loved [Music] and while you do have every right to feel whatever you feel [Music] even when you are not feeling your best you are still unconditionally loved that will never change but will always be allow yourself to relax more deeply now scanning your awareness for any muscles you may be holding onto that you simply do not need right now let these muscles relax it is safe for you to relax [Music] [Music] spend the next few breaths dropping in more deeply into
your body and into this moment [Music] relaxing into yourself so [Music] in this moment you feel [Music] everything is okay as it is just for this moment everything is allowed to be okay as it is you are allowed to be okay as you are because in truth you're never anything less than love [Music] the human experience may bring us times like these where we are not feeling our best but know that the source within you the love within you your higher self all that they see is love continue to return to viewing yourself through that
aspect of you all loving all wise nurturing and kind [Music] letting yourself be okay exactly as you are with a sense of love and compassion nothing needs to change in order for you to be enough in order for you to be worthy you are perfect as you are right now [Music] let your breath slow down even more deeply if that feels good to you really allowing your lower abdomen to do most of the work here as your chest begins to become more calm still and neutral [Music] it is safe to feel this relaxed [Music] you
deserve to feel not only relaxed but also good loved supported [Music] tune in to just how loved and supported you are tune in to any and all good feelings within you [Music] embrace them allow them and welcome them to be with you as you take your time becoming more aware of where you are right now [Music] feeling your body against the surface on which you're resting still wrapped up in the love that's all around you [Music] and really take your time as you begin to roll your shoulders carry this loving feeling with you as you
