Imagine the breath flowing in and out of this space and 360° around the space. Feeling it coming in from all [Music] sides.
Turn into a power here in the presence of your breath in your heart. As if the breath is here to say, "I bring you [Music] cleansing. I bring you healing.
I bring you nurturing support and ease. I bring you sustenance. I give you [Music] space.
Spend a few more breaths here. Just you and your [Music] breath. [Music] affirming I am not my thoughts, I am my breath.
And seeing how that [Music] feels. Just being [Music] Connect in to the breath in a new [Music] way. Now relax your shoulders away from the ears even more, letting gravity take over wherever it can at this [Music] time.
Feeling your sitbones and noticing how you're held. And on your next exhale, let yourself sigh and listen to your own sigh. Really take it [Music] in.
You are enough, dear one. You have always been. The time is here to remember again that you are safe and held.
All is well. Let your human body know all is well no matter how it appears. [Music] Say to yourself, "Thank you.
I love you. I forgive you. [Music] but within all of that you are held by [Music] you.
You are safe. You nurture yourself as you [Music] need. You give yourself kindness and compassion just as you do others.
[Music] And you relax into a feeling and knowing and allowing. Allowing what [Music] is and just being with it. [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] You are held within your own internal grace.
You are safe within [Music] yourself. Relax and allow yourself to just breathe and be. [Music] Begin to allow your awareness to start to notice sounds.
Perhaps the sound of your own [Music] breath. And again, start to notice physical sensations like the feeling of clothes on your skin and the weight of gravity. [Music] [Music] What else can you notice with your five senses right now?
Just explore whatever happens and whatever you notice. [Music] [Music] And when you're ready, take your time coming back to the world around you, stretching slowly, however you feel called, really luxuriating. ating in your transition from this practice back to the rest of your [Music] day.
