is kissy Missy still alive near the end of chapter 4 after our fights with doy we end up having a hole blown below us by the Prototype the explosives used were initially placed in the red smoke area but the Prototype managed to scatter them across Safe Haven and the ventilation shaft that we were in noticing what's about to happen kissy Missy immediately runs to our Aid and tries to catch us before falling from the explosion she does succeed in Catching us but not for long as the injury she suffered off screen earlier in the chapter
resulted in her arm getting torn off as we're trying to hold on this is the last time that we see kissy Missy in the chapter with the next toy we see later in the ending being a more heavily injured and returning Huggy wuggy so what happened to her is she still alive did the Prototype finish her off well to figure this out let's start by analyzing the aftermath of the Fall itself and afterwards we're going to look at the traits of other characters to try and boil it down to a solid Theory when we finally
ended up Landing first of all this Landing looked horrible I'm surprised we didn't die the first thing we see shortly after is kissy Miss's left arm falling from the top right down in front of us isn't it a bit strange that kissy didn't end up falling down with us it is true that she was able to catch herself by a ledge but at this point she doesn't even have another arm to pull herself up with can we really say that she managed to get back up completely on her own let's say she did pull herself
up and didn't end up falling down with us what would she do then well I'm led to believe that she would immediately start to look for poppy as we're completely inaccessible at this point they've been close with each other ever since chapter 3 and while we were fending for our lives with M Delights dog day the mini Critters and catnap it's possible that they were with each other then as well and this kind of checks out as before we officially run into them we get pounced on by kissy Missy who actually doesn't attack us immediately
she waits to see if we're a threat if she actually has to kill us out of self-defense but poppy makes her presence known and quickly intervenes saying we did nothing wrong and that we're here to help but even with all that said it's worth noting that Poppy did run off saying that she didn't want to go back to her case please it's time to come home poy I can't go back in the case I can't I'm sorry and when this happened all kissy did was watch in disappointment possibly feeling betrayed but can we 100% confirm
this reaction as her feeling betrayed kissy doesn't even talk so any plan that Poppy may have relayed to her could have been obeyed immediately trusting her friend's judgments and fulfilling her role as best she can but when the going got tough poppy was overwhelmed and now kissy has to pick up the slack After experiencing something like that is it even likely that kissy would try to go back for her could she instead have some buried feelings of resentment or is she aware that Poppy is just trying to do the best she can to get rid
of the evil of this Factory and wants to help any way she can well when you also take into account that the reason the bombs were set was because of Poppy's failed plan and the Prototype hijacking it it may lean you more towards the resentment side but let's go back a bit let's switch gears and talk about if kissy Missy didn't pull herself up from that explosion and I know what you're thinking poppy Theory how could she not have pulled herself up the only thing we end up seeing once we fall down is her left
arm this is a good point as if wouldn't make sense for kissy Missy to have also Fallen if she just straight up isn't there maybe the fall was delayed if we move with the theory that kissy Missy couldn't have pulled herself up we can at least say that there would have been an attempt at her trying to pull herself up this temporary time window of kissy struggling could have aligned with the same time we ended up venturing off into the greenhouse with the poppy flowers and eventually the mini lab with the LEF Pierre tape and
honestly I'm sure this is exactly what fans thought were going to happen which semi explains why no one thought that this was Huggy wuggy until he charged at the door of course but let me propose a hypothetical to you really quick what if this was kissy Missy what if everything that we're seeing right now is the results of a hallucination now I know this sounds extremely farfetched on paper but let's look at the facts more specifically the red smoke the red smoke is a semi hallucinogen sleep inducing gas produced in play Care's gas production Zone
which originates from the poppy flower employees at playtime Co originally used to put children to sleep in the home site home area administering it through delivery systems installed throughout the facility however while its main purpose was to knock people out it also caused Vivid nightmares and hallucinations in certain cases enough so that some individuals reported seeing completely distorted Visions or even monsters she saw something too something horrible she did Marie happen to describe what she saw Yes a monster she said said that it was colorless gosh I could feel the poor little heart pounding for
her it was right there on more than one occasion we've breathed in this gas and experienced terrifying Illusions there was the nightmarish Huggy wuggy coming out of the TV and there was the nightmarish version of catnet chasing us through thick clouds of red smoke what's more once the player acquires the gas mask in chapter 3 any exposure to this red smoke suddenly becomes lethal in standard gameplay implying the gas is far more dangerous than just a mere sedative moments like the encounter with catnap in the nightmare sequence further cements how intense these hallucinations can get
especially when the gas is weaponized or ignited so with all of this being said not only do we walk past an array of red poppy flowers on our way to the mini Lab at the end of the hall but we also see red smoke Rising all around us once Huggy starts to become aggressive so could this hold any meaning why would mob entertainments just randomly have Red Smoke Rise all around us seemingly not affecting us at all we just recently had to navigate through an area that was full of red smoke and we had to
use a somewhat functional gas mask in order for us to get by we had to constantly refill our supply of oxygen to make sure we didn't succumb to the red smoke so if the red smoke holds significance there then why wouldn't it serve any significance at all in this clip another thing that possibly makes this a Hallucination is the weird similarity between Huggy and Kissy but the only similarity that can be made is the fact that both of them now have missing arms now we already went over the fall of Huggy wuggy and none of
those points of impact that we listed is reflected in any of the injuries that we see on the current Huggy so if we were to quickly theorize on Huggy is it possible that the fall he suffered resulted in him losing his arm if we were to continue with this Theory and look back to the fur and blood we saw in Chapter 2 could we make the connection that Huggy managed to will himself to safety with one arm and if that's the case can we apply apply the same expectations to kissy Missy they're pretty much the
same toy in terms of their build after all and if we move with this it would somewhat break the theory that what we saw at the end of chapter 4 was nothing but a hallucination so could this be the answer is kissy Missy just stronger than we thought and she's currently on her way to find poppy while we deal with our past trauma with so little info anything is possible at this point but I personally believe that kissy Miss is still alive and still the kind curious and loving toy that we met all the way
