you see is this month so it's say people searching for this exact thing it's a huge Spike happening right now and I'm amazed when you see this crazy Spike on your screen that more people don't know about this in fact I've never run across any videos or anything teaching how to do this just as I've been just scrolling through YouTube but when I heard about it and I looked a little deeper I actually saw that there are some guys doing this right now and they're taking advantage of this secret Trend these guys have literally dropped

every everything that they're doing in order to take advantage of this thing right now and I'm just clicking through to show you can you see anything in common from these businesses they're all taking advantage of this exact thing and the great thing about it is it doesn't require any special software or tools except for probably what you already have in your house right now now the thing about this method is it's trending right now because it's Christmas so you're going to have to jump on it quick after you watch this video in order to make

the most of it during this season but after this Christmas season Once you get started on this you're going to be able to use this to generate income for yourself all year long and towards the end of this video I'm going to show you how you can set up this entire thing so that it runs on autopilot so you really don't have to do any ongoing work in order to keep the income coming in now let me show you what this close friend of mine is making from this and what this is is Christmas light

installation you can see he said right here we got hit with so many Christmas light requests today we are swamped now before you say hey I don't want to climb on a ladder I don't know how to install Christmas lights you can actually make money from this without ever climbing on a ladder and without ever installing a single Christmas light which I'm going to show you how to do in just a minute just stay tuned it's all going to make sense in just a second but first let me show you how much money he's making

from this if I scroll down this is a screenshot that I grabbed from our conversation he says here here um that he's making around $600 per job so he said here it's around4 ft um per $4 per foot of roof line most roof lines are around 150 ft so you know he's making around $600 per job and he says right here that he actually could be charging a lot more and it doesn't take that long to install these things it's really crazy now again you don't even actually have to do the installation in order to

make money from this I'm going to show you how this works but these these people right here although they had other types of businesses they are dropping everything to dive in on this trend now let me show you exactly how you can make money with this first what you want to do is you want to go to Google Maps and up in the upper left here you want to click on these three bars and you want to right here you want to click on add a missing place and then what you're going to do is

just enter in some information and make sure you put in the keyword phrase Christmas light installation Christmas lights install right there I just made a business named Christmas light installation R Us and then for category people are using lighting consultant lighting contractor landscape lighting designer some people are even doing for the category um Christmas store all of those seem to be working right now so you pick your category there I'm just going to put landscape lighting designer and then for your address there you're going to put your address in and you're going to fill out

this whole form and then right here you're going to click claim this business what that's going to do is that's going to allow when someone does a search for Christmas lights install like you see right here that you're going to have your own little map pin here for Christmas light installation you can see there's not that many people doing this um and like you can be one of these map pins now you're going to tell me I don't want to climb on a ladder actually maybe you do want to climb on a ladder maybe you

have a ladder you say I wouldn't mind doing this for 600 bucks a pop installing Christmas lights you can also go around with postcards putting postcards in um in people's doors um little leaflets in people's doors there's a lot of different ways you can promote yourself using this Google Maps that I just showed you is kind of one simple way but then if you actually don't want to climb on the ladder yourself and actually install the Christmas lights yourself what you can do is every time someone calls you can refer that business over to an

actual Christmas light installer which you can easily find just by going and doing a search you can see all these people right here that you see on your screen are offering this service in the state of Michigan where I live and so it's really easy then to find someone to take those jobs and you are going to get a referral fee for referring that business over and you never actually have to climb on a ladder or actually install the Christmas life now if you want to make even more money you could actually go out there

and hustle and do the Christmas light installation yourself now you might say what am I going to do when this trend drops you see right now the trend is going up right and obviously after Christmas this trend is going to drop down and here's what is so powerful about this you can actually set up a map pin like I just showed you for any type of business you could set it up for electrician you can set it up for plumber you could set it up for any type of business where people actually call on the

phone to get a service and then what you do is you refer all of those calls straight through to an actual ual business owner who will actually fulfill the service for you and then you take a commission it's called lead generation it's a great great business model now I'm sure this going to raise a lot of questions for you as I describ this and I just want to say I do have a free class if you click in the link in the description of this video I have a free class on how you can set

up this enti Le generation business you don't have to do it with Christmas lights you could do with any kind of service business and it works great in fact my own kids have businesses with this I know among my students who have set business we have a grandma we have a postal worker like a mailman we have school teachers we have Factory workers all coming in and setting up this specific business on Google Maps and if you want a free class that's much more in depth than what I could even ever describe in this YouTube

video just click on the link in the description of this video you can get a free class on how to do it but you can use this exact same tool that I'm showing here to find other trends that are spiking or other high traffic types of keyword phrases like you could put an electrician and you could do it for that keyword phrase and you can see there's a ton of searches for electrician over many many years and you could be the one referring those calls and in my free class we describe in detail how the

whole thing works I'm sure you're probably asking how do I route the calls what phone number do I put in what address do I put in how and I know I'm going to get a lot of comments questions in the comments I answer a lot of those questions in the free class in the link in the description of this video but by far I would encourage you to just get out there before you ask any more questions and just set up one of those map pins like I showed you for Christmas light installation there's a

ton of people searching for it right now it's not that competitive and if you jump in quick you can ride this wave while people are really trying to get their Christmas lights up for the Christmas season actually that friend of mine that is doing it right now normally during the year he does Landscaping and Lawn Care and that type of work but during the Christmas season he makes a boatload of money doing Christmas light installation so it's a huge Trend that you could jump on it's not that hard just set it up on Google Maps

like I showed you and then once you get your feet wet with how it works how Google Maps works and how you get the whole thing set up you can actually go and set this up for another type of server business like an electrician or a plumber or a contractor of some type any kind of business where people call on the phone in order to get the service and then you're going to route that call through to the actual um installer or the actual contractor that's going to fulfill the service for you and then you're

going to take a cut and just to show you some of my students and what they've accomplished with this specific business model you can see right here here's one of my students that said my accounts had hit me up telling me I was going to get a huge tax bill if I didn't spend some money so that afternoon I went out and a finance and bought the fiance a new Volkswagen uh $65,000 in cash which he did all with this specific business model here's one of my here's one of my students that got a message

from the business owner that they were sending the calls to and they say here you get more calls than I do and I've been doing this for 22 years here's and business owners love this stuff here's uh one of my students that said said my client is considering hiring a new crew based on the call volume that I am bringing him here's one of my students that that is doing this with a chiropractor and you can see right there they're making um 750 let me zoom in here so you can see it um $750 per

month which they're going to increase to $1,500 per month and that all ticks just on autopilot because again I set up the whole thing on autopilot so the calls go through they ring through it's all automatic you can even set the billing so that it's on automatic so you have to do very very little on an ongoing basis once you f get this whole thing set up here's one of myu here's one of my students that have been my student only for one month says here client number two $1,500 a month just celebrated my one

month anniversary that's one month anniversary of doing this business guys watch out women are getting ready to take over the industry in fact I have an entire folder full of these type of screen shots from different things that different students have sent me of all the successes that they have had with this specific business model so just jump in there I encourage you do your first one with Christmas lights because obviously that's a trend that you can take advantage of right now and that'll get your feet wet and get you an idea for how to
