all right guys gonna cut out a couple reports here one a lot of you guys are very visual people and you guys like to look at the units that you guys are doing and how you're tracking this is a great report you're sold home board if you ever seen a sold home boards a lot of these will actually cost you a couple hundred dollars to even get and put up on your wall this is all electronic built right into CTE so you can see all of your sales through the year it's all color-coded for you
your listings are red your buyers are blue all of your pending contracts are in here as well so you can see exactly where you're at I can see where I need to be at to be on pace each month of the year my goal is to do 123 homes this year by obviously December 31st by September 30th I need to be here October 31st I need to be here November 30th I need to be here so right now my goal is 123 I've sold 63 I've got 37 pending so I have 23 homes left to
hit my goal for the year so this is all automatically generated inside of CTE and based off your business plan it generates all of this and then you just simply enter in your contracts and it places them on your sole home board that you guys can simply place on a TV monitor for you guys to be able to see you can also color code it by agent as well so you can simply turn that on and it will color code everything by the agent inside of your team the other report I want to touch on
real quick is your scoreboard a very simple clean look at your business and that way you guys can identify any weaknesses in your business here's your year to date actuals here's your your big goal where you need to be at based off of the time of the year if it's green you're ahead of pace if it's red you're behind pace very simple just like a stoplight if it's green you're good to go if it's red it's just a warning letting you know hey this is a deficiency in your business that you can identify and work
on and that may be a reason why maybe you're not hitting your financial goals so all of that is right inside of here a real but your key number right up on top is your GCI your actual and then your business plan where you should be at are you winning are you losing projected final score and then you're your end goal is going to be based off of your business plan whatever it is and then right now we're in the quarter quarter three of the year or 30 days in obviously that starts tomorrow I'm sorry
we're 30 days in to the third quarter here on July 31st then we have 61 days left the third quarter and then we obviously enter into the fourth quarter and you can see your first quarter score your second quarter score what's the halftime score where were we quarter three and quarter for all that is automatically built in your income is charted right here as well so just nice to simple reports that you guys can identify inside of your business and just simply all you have to do to have those generating is entering your contracts into
