last thing in the model a third party training webinar oh I'm so excited about this let me give you an example so you can understand the power of this I believe this is where the future is as Facebook it's harder and harder and harder where you have to work harder and harder and harder get beat up more and more and more and offer a smaller portion of the pie each and every day as you know the Android that is Mark Zuckerberg continues to suck up our data by the fistful right I believe this is where
we should Zig when everybody else is zagging and focus more on this all right we are let me give you them on ok so right now a customer would join zoom sign up for their webinar account so zoom has the video conferencing account and then what we're on here today collectively is the zoom webinar portal so that person would sign up to be a zoom webinar user now here's what's interesting there's only one of two things that happen when somebody signs up to be a zoom webinar customer they either don't do a webinar or they
actually do a webinar now ideally they do a successful webinar but if we want to be binary somebody signs it for the platform and they do a webinar or they don't do a webinar now if they don't do a webinar guess what happens they cancel because why would you pay for something if you never got around to using it because there's a continuity program right now guess what happens if somebody does a successful webinar they don't cancel huh so if we could help zoom get more people who sign up for webinars to actually do webinars
that alone would be a huge value at the zoo if we can help clients not just do webinars but do successful webinars that would add 10 percent to zooms bottom line that would be a one point six billion dollar increase if we can make that happen ok so that's where the conversation starts that's where the engagement occurs finding a third party where you can help accelerate their success and as a by-product accelerate your own success alright so this is what we're currently working on trying to make happen with them and we're pretty close to making

important is how can you do something similar here's what you need to think about here's how you need to solve this challenge you place yourself in someone else's pipeline where a more educated user should say not sellers or a more educated user or a customer becomes a better client to them boy I really butchered this slide I got excited of this last one right but essentially if I had to say it without looking at the slide it's you put yourself in a pipeline where every time they get a client you have the ability to make
