AppMaster.io 101: Lesson 1, Introduction

Hi there and welcome to the  AppMaster. io 101 tutorial. My name is Martin and during the next few lessons,  we'll cover all the features that the AppMaster.

io platform has to offer you. Imagine a world where  to build an enterprise-level application you'll no longer need to hire costly developers and wait  months on end for them to build the project. This is precisely our goal at AppMaster.

io, with our  platform you'll be able to build production-ready applications in a matter of hours, deploy them to  either our proprietary cloud or to other clouds, such as AWS or Google Cloud, and even to export  binaries and source code of your application. During this time, we'll cover  concepts, such as data design, endpoints, business logic, web and  mobile applications for iOS and Android, and how you can deploy and monitor the performance  of your application. This time, we'll also build a test project for a fictitious company called  Aviato.

Let's look at the project brief. Our client is Aviato, an airline company, and  they have asked us to build an internal app that will be able to show the upcoming flights and the  passengers registered for them. We need to have the ability to add, update, and remove upcoming  flights, and also to register passengers for them.

Additionally, we need to validate several  input fields, when we create a new flight and also format the flight number. This  application has to be available on the web and as an app for iOS and Android. Here's  how the final result will look like.

We'll build an online application with the ability  to view, edit, and create users for the system, passengers, flights, and registrations of  passengers for those flights. We'll also have the ability to validate some of the input fields that  we get for our new flights and do some formatting on those input fields. Additionally, we'll  be able to view all the information about a particular flight and all the registrations  linked to this particular flight.

Here, we also have the ability to register new passengers. The  same functionality will be available on mobile. I'm super excited to show you how you can build  no-code applications in record time and with minimal cost on the AppMaster.
