all right guys just woke up it is 7:24 basically what I do when I wake up first thing is drink around 500 Millers of water out of my YouTube omor One Shaker um then I stretch a bit and then I go straight into journaling basically I Journal either anything that's on my mind I've already done my to-do the day before and reflected on the day before but uh anything that's on my mind anything that I want to improve on the day uh from the day before um you know just uh any goals I have or
any ideas that have popped up in my mind uh during the night before I go to bed or in the morning um just gives me that time then I move on to meditating um I'll keep it pretty short um either I'll do presence Med meditation mindfulness um uh or I'll do affirmations today I did affirmations uh and then after that I will read so basically what all this stuff does for me is just gets me really it gives me good mental Clarity going into the day as well as it gets me motivated and pumped uh
and really just aligns me with my vision of who I want to be and the goals I want to achieve as well as that guys from six weeks of traveling and you know being on Snapchat Instagram like very Snappy things um you know everything's just under 6 seconds nowadays uh like I just found myself becoming so stupid I really did I was still keeping up my meditation but doing like 5 minutes a day just to you know keep my habit going uh because I was on holiday I got lazy I wanted to enjoy my time
with my friends um I I barely read and I just felt myself becoming so so stupid so you know before I pick up my camera before I answer my emails or my DMs or answer clients or you know anything like that I like to do this disconnect from the world start my day on a positive note and really ensure that I don't get to a place where my atten span is like 4 seconds usually I love morning workouts but I'm still 5 hours ahead because I was in New York so it's like 3:00 in the
morning for me right now so waking up for this 8:00 workout with my friend really really was not easy today what else can we do when we're feeling low so take a deep breath and let it go you shouldn't be drowning on your own and if you feel you're sinking I will jump right over into cor cold water for you and all the time may take us into different places I will still be patient with you I want you know I [Music] want if you feel you're sinking I will jump right [Music] over so guys
on the way back from the gym I was watching one of my best friends Fitness uh he's also 16 years old really knows this [ __ ] he's also massive so if you guys like my channel you're going to love out you're going to love his channel go check it out read Fitness so guys got out the gym it's already already I mean not already it's only 9:53 so I've woken up meditated Journal did my journal read went to the gym and it's not even 10 o'cl so I'm feeling really good about today certain people
need to tell me they proud of me that mean a lot to me not having closure take a lot out of me this [ __ ] for Christmas I just want apology Sydney gave up on me when I went missing all right guys so scoop of pro rev protein vanilla flavor as you can see I'm not sure if you can tell but it is super fine like never clumps it's amazing best tasting protein I've ever ever had to be honest um and then two scoops of micronized creatine powder so that's roughly 6 G of creatine
lunch is served interesting combination of potatoes and just a bunch of eggs lots of food so guys remember on my way back from the gym I was like this is going to be a great day really pumped and that's pretty much how I feel about every single day um but got home it was like 10:00 or something uh showered uh read did some meditation um it was like 11:00 and then it just sort of hit me and I'm sure you guys all know that I came back from New York a couple days ago and I'm
still sort of recovering from that um and I probably will be recovering from that for a while and I mean I don't know if you guys have ever gone through a split or a breakup or anything like that but it's just a storm it's a really really big storm as a storm you have to weather and at the end of the day you get through it but it takes time and basically I got home at like as I said at 10:00 was really on it and then at like 11: I just passed out like I
just slept in my bed for a solid 2 hours just cuz it gets to you and U you know I like being really transparent with you guys cuz I have some really really high moments on this channel in my life like I'm so happy for how I've set up my life cuz I just look at my life the stuff I'm doing the opportunities I have and I think it's genuinely incredible um so I also want to show you guys the struggles the times I have to work until I literally pass out to get to where
I am now to get the experiences I have now to you know afford the things I have now and I'm going to come out with this stronger um but it just takes time so guys I lived in London for like 13 years now I've done pretty much the everything there is to do so I always stay up to date with what's happening on weekdays weekend and if anything cool pops up then I'll be there so I'm off with a friend there's this cool little event um if you guys have ever been to London there's like
a London Carnival where they sell lots of Jamaican food um but there's a separate event to that I think it's rooftop it might be rooftop but um yeah this is the attire can you feel this in this is the start of something great all right guys so the place we were initially meant to go to turns out it's like an hour away and I forgot to check before I left so we played my favorite game which is basically just pick a number between one and something and then go down minus stops on the tube and
just explore the area so we ended up at waterl so we're going to see what we can [Music] find so we've ended up at this like sort of street festival thing at South Bank um there's a lot going on lots of uh stalls like sand sand pits and like music playing people playing basketball football pretty crazy so we decided on this Mexican burrito place your tears don't hurt and I can smile in your face cuz my loss is how theila change my locks to a face I hope you happy I hope you happy I hope
you ruin this [ __ ] for a reason I hope you happy all right guys so that was a little preview of what we did there was this really cool Festival going on and we got lots of food checked out lots of places and then we were like walking back and Amara thought it would be a good idea to get her face painted uh I think it looks pretty cool like she kind of looks like she's going to a festival but but she's 16 so I'm not sure why she's doing that but yeah check out
your channel uh your Instagram and then you know through the law of reciprocity they're going to want to follow you they're going to want to like your photos whatever it is focus Less on the photos you're putting out there less on the content and focus more on your distribution how you're actually getting your message out there um and you know as I said # gym sh # flife whatever it takes all right guys so I think in either my last Vlog or two Vlogs ago I was talking about how you know I probably call one
to two people a day FaceTime Skype um people ask me questions uh and I'm always happy to help so I am on FaceTime with George right here um he has got big Ambitions um we're just talking about his in okay if that focuses uh we're talking about his Instagram he wants to get into online coaching personal training really big Ambitions he's only 15 so that's pretty awesome uh love that he reached out um so we were just talking about how he could grow all right guys really hope you enjoyed this Vlog it took a really
