hello everyone and welcome to this video and in this video we're going to be I'm going to be showing you exactly how to set up a retargeting campaign retargeting can be a very powerful thing and it really only will only cost you around $5 a day um but it really can increase your lead flow a lot um by just doing this simple step so retargeting is something that you don't just do immediately R talking is um so I hope when you're watching this video you've got your ads running you're collecting clicks you're collecting data right
your pixel's collecting data on the click funnels landing page and you're also collecting leads on High level and you know having conversations with them what you'll probably notice um and this should be around one to two weeks so you shouldn't start retargeting after you've had your ads run for about one to two weeks but there is a there is a pre-step that you want to do um before you wait those two weeks as we have to ask Facebook to actually collect some data right so I just want to um this is just a quick example
say this is your lead campaign right and you're getting around $10 a lead and you've spent around I don't know um 200 bucks and you've gotten around 100 clicks right and you've um only collected you know you've collected like 20 leads out of that those 100 clicks that is still warm traffic and those people are still interested sometimes you know life just gets in the way you know they're busy or you know they just want to do some some other time and they forget right all that sort of stuff but they've shown interest first of
all by clicking on the ad and going to the landing page now we want to retarget those people as we know that they've shown a slight bit of interest and we want to get them back into the pipeline and the same goes for another fancy tactic on how to retarget and how to show your ads to Facebook page visitors look you're going to get a lot of organic traffic for people who are you know trying to lose weight or trying to find a gym um and also people who've seen your ads haven't clicked on the
app but checked out your page you're going to get a lot of traffic that you'll never know about um but that we can use to get leads from right so that's what I'm going to show you in this video it's very simple and I'm going to show you that step by step so what you want to do is just want to have this video um and you just want to follow it step by step just follow along for yourself right and that's it so the first thing you're going to want to do is you're going
to want to set up a conversion campaign a retargeting camp a conversion retargeting campaign so this is a this is a test one so there's not really that much in it um but the only thing you're really going to want you're really going to want to do is you're going to want to make sure that the conversion is just the same um same conversion event as uh the one that we use for um you know advertising to call traffic getting new leads right which is just the lead right the thank you page of the funnel
um same conversion event as we're aiming for the same result here which is leads um a daily budget really only five bucks this will be increased depending on how many clicks you're getting but if you're really only getting if you've really only gotten like below a thousand um website visitors um and you know below th000 clicks $5 to $10 a day is more than enough um and this is where we're going to this is what we're going to set up as you know what we usually do um you know with launching ads is we find
an audience right five miles in your um facilities um facility right but what we're here what we're going to do here is we're going to Target A specific group but we going we have we have to set up this group first so this step that I'm going to show you now you're going to want to do this the the first day that you've started your ads um and the Second Step which is actually launching your retargeting ads you're going to want to do two weeks after your ads have been launched and you've actually collected some
data and some clicks and some leads right so you're going to want to go to audiences so if you go to um I'll show you where to go to that um if you go to business tools audience is right there if it isn't in the shortcut section it should be somewhere around here right there advertised you're going to want to press audiences and you might already have some audience in here you might have already be sim a little familiar with this but I'm going to show it to you as if you were a complete um
a complete stranger to how Facebook ads works so if you're already familiar with this you already have a couple audience in in here that's fine what you're going to want to do is you're going to want to create a custom audience and you're going to want to press website now this will only work which we've set up in previous videos when you have your pixel actually installed on either your website or your funnel right this depends on if you're a franchise and you you set up a new domain and you only put the pixel on
the funnel then you're just going to want to make sure that the that funnel picture is connected to your Facebook um if you are using the same domain for your funnel as you are for your website right your Internet domain right like facebook.com then you're going to just want to make sure that that's the pixel for all because you know then the pixel also collects data on random website traffic and not only the funnel right and it's very simple you're going to want to press all website visitors yes you're going to get some members in
there as well you're going to get some other people but that's fine because we don't want to get too targeted on this you can get a lot more fancy you can um target people who've only visited specific links but I want you to I want you to retarget websit visitors because yes you're going to get some members in there which is completely fine um and you're going to get some engagement from that as well when you also Target members um you know you're going to see comments like hey I I'm actually a member at this
uh at this facility I love them right that's that's added um that's you know added engagement that will make your ad work better so you're just going to want to do website visitors and you're going to want to make it 90 days 90 days that's it and then you're just going to want to call it website visitors website visitors is 90 90 days 90d and you want to press create audience so I'm going to create that audience and this is for North Consulting so this is for our website but for you it would be your
website um or the pixel that is on your funnel right so the pixel that we set up on this type of funnel or a different type of funnel depending on what funnel you've actually used right that's actually collecting the data and that's collecting conversion right because we've set up a conversion campaign right we've set up the the thank you page conversion so whenever a person enters this whenever a person sees this page which means that they've signed up and they've become a lead right your um the vssl lead right the vssl lead the sort of
the lead conversion event gets triggered right and and it accounts as a lead this is we we should have all set this up already if you haven't set this up go back into the videos and get get that set up all right so you've got the audience website visitors and now it's not available and that's why you want to do this before you you know this the first day that you actually launch your ads um and wait for two weeks because it's going to be populating it's going to be collecting data it's going to be
collecting um you know random traffic that goes to your funnel from the ads that we're running um random you know organic traffic from just Google searches and that's why we want to do website visitors because yes you're going to you're going to talk at some members you're also going to talk at completely um complete strangers that haven't seen your ads but have just maybe found you on a Google Search right something like that that's why we want to put everyone in there because we want to Target those people as well and then we're going to
want to create another audience another custom audience and that custom audience is going to be if there we go is going to be a Facebook page customer audience so this is a test page but this should be your page the page that you're advertising from your company page and you're going to want to make you're going to want to Target everyone who's engaged with your page in the last 365 days and you're also going to press anyone who's visited your page and include more people anyone who engaged with any post or ad include more people
anyone who sent Um send a message these four so anyone who engag with your page anyone who visited your page any uh people um you engage with the poster and who send a message to a page you're going to get a lot of data you're going to get a lot of data from from all this random traffic because there's a lot of people that you know they don't really click ads they don't really like clicking ads like that um immediately but they might visit the page they might visit the website right and then they kind
of just forget that happens so many times you're going to get dozens hundreds of people that do that and we want to be able to make sure that that that we put them in the pipeline still because they are warm traffic they are interested right otherwise they wouldn't have perform the action in the first place you want to call you're going to want to call this FB re targeting audience that simple and you're going to want to create audience and this can be for you know this has to be your page for instance you know
this is the northv Consulting page that we have you know our main page and you just want to you're going to want to go and create the audience and Bam there you go now you've got two audiences for retargeting now I'm going to show you um I'm going to show you something else that you can do but this is very fancy and I honestly I wouldn't recommend it but I'm just going to show you it anyway you can also make um website traffic and only target the people who visited this page this page right here
but didn't go to this page so that means that they checked out the landing page but they didn't actually sign up for a lead because if they visited this page that means they would have had to opt in right so you're really only talking to people that have clicked and that have checked out this page but not signed up right there is a way to do that I wouldn't recommend it but there is a way to do that is you're going to go to people who visit visited specific web pages um you're going to want
to make that 90 days and you're going to want to make and you're going to want to go to the funnel that you've set up and you're going to want to copy and paste this part right here and you're going to want to add that in there and then what you're going to want to do is you're going to want to now so now we're collecting people we've only visited this specific page make sure it's only this only this part sometimes clickfunnels adds weird numbers in here you don't want to add the https to that
to that only this and then you're going to want to exclude people because what this means is we're collecting data from the people who visited this page and then we're going to want to exclude people from the people who visited this specific page right and you're going to want to copy this part right the um without the numbers you're going to want to add that here make sure that this is 90 days as well people who visited a specific page add that thank you page in there so now what it's going to do it's going
to track people that visited this page but never actually went to the thank you page you're going to want to call that you know uh landing page views but no optin something like that and that is a way to really really Target um the sort of specific and that's a way that you can Target all types of different um Pages as well maybe on your website right if you just want to Target specific people that visit a very specific page then you can just use it like that but we I want you to just do
this because there's going to be a lot of random traffic as well in this that we want to um capitalize on so what you're going to do is you're going to want to set up the adset website make sure the conversion event is the lead that we set the the conversion leads you know just the simple lead that we set up for this funnel you're going to want to make it $5 a day5 to $10 a day what I would do is I recommend just start with $5 a day when you really start seeing a
lot of results from your retargeting ad then you can duplicate this ads set and just have two adsets running on $5 a day right what you can do say this one's performing really well you'll just press because it's in one campaign right it's a conversion retar campaign you'll just press duplicate on this so then you'll have two adsets running on $5 a day completely identical by the way but that's the way you want to skill which is another video which another video will show you how to do that so you're going to want to search
for existing custom audiences so this is a different uh this is a different ad account these are just some different uh test custom audiences but for you it should show up with these two audiences and you're just going to want to select those right so just use your imagination these two right here are these two and then you're going to want make sure it's your location just in the United States you're going to want to make sure the age is set up you know I would just do 18 to 65 all genders detail the targeting
expansion on all languages you can also turn that into English you're going to want make sure manual placements and for retargeting I would recommend just using Facebook uh news feed and Instagram feed you know normally we show you do only news feed but only um Instagram feed and Newsfeed is fine and what we've shown you in past videos is you know advertise to only mobile but for retargeting advertising to mobile and desktop is fine so you don't need to make any changes on that right so um because they've already they've already shown slight interest so
we don't need to already have them on the phone they're going to know us a little bit so targeting them on a computer as well is fine so you can keep this on devices all you don't need to make this mobile if you are targeting you know completely random traffic call traffic just people that are close to your facility then of course make it sure that's only mobile all right and then for the ad the ad that we show you we show you how to set up an ad in the previous video that you should
have watched right A lot of people get very fancy with retargeting ads and they show you like oh yeah you use a different copy and a different picture we found that retargeting ads can be the exact same ad that you are running for your call Traffic audience that you're running for just simple lead conversion so you can go on here and just all on the other on the ad sheet with the ads that you've gotten and you can just really just use the same exact ad for your retargeting ad with the same picture or you
can you know experiment with a little a couple different pictures right and that's your retargeting ad you don't need a special ad for retargeting and what you want to do is you just want to set up this entire ad after 2 weeks of your let's just say this is the lead campaign that's just getting leads from C traffic after two weeks you want to set up this entire with the adet targeting these audiences and then running on the ad level just running one of these ads right and that's retargeting for you and that's going to
