g g g Masters the most important part of your spiritual growth is your intention why do we need to talk about intention because there's a default intention that if you don't do something about it you're all going to do the same thing which is what I don't feel so good inside I don't care how you feel outside I don't feel so good inside it's a little tense little worried little anxious little scared I've got the wrong crowd okay that's what it's like inside that is the default State and we'll talk why that's the default state
of everybody's being are there times that it's not like that sure but the percentage is so high that it's that way versus the other that's it's not even worth discussing so therefore the default intention is that I don't feel like is that I feel better that I have moments experiences whatever it is whatever technique or situations create that where I don't feel so scared where I don't feel so lonely where I don't feel so lost where I don't feel so insecure where I don't feel so down and problematic and tense and anxious and so on
I would like to not feel that then that becomes my intention and that is everybody's intention attention that's why drug addicts do drugs that's why alcoholics drink alcohol that's why people run around try to find a relationship that will make them feel better as so people want money so that they can buy what they want to make themselves feel good they want Power people respect me they you have to listen to me there's just every single thing we're doing is because we're not okay and we're trying to find those are all techniques having the corner
office and everybody when they walk by you right cheer when people you play an instrument be a rock star everybody cheers and claps those are ways of feeling better and so this becomes the default behavior of everybody whatever level they're at Rich poor whatever it is doesn't matter male female there's no difference not not there there's not it just is doing the same thing I'm not okay so I say it that's the human predicament I'm not okay and I'm trying to be okay has that for definition human predicament I don't care why you're not okay
with this specifics are or the specifics right now because they keep changing anyways but the specifics are of how you're trying to be okay I don't care it's IR relevant you're doing the same thing I'm not okay and I'm trying to be okay I don't do Retreat you know I don't right it's not this interactive type thing will go on for the weekends but if I did I'd make you right now say over and over again I'm not okay I'm trying to be okay I'm not okay I'm trying to be okay I'm and you would
have any trouble saying it would you and then you figure that the next part of the seminar is going to be how to be okay how to attract back to yourself that which will make you feel okay how to figure out what you want be honest be real what exactly do you want don't be afraid there's the time you get to say it or it's private okay and then I'll teach you how to meditate how to do mantras how to do all kinds of special things so that you can attract to yourself and be bold
and aggressive and strong and get what you want all right I don't do that why I'm weird I want to know why you're not okay I don't want you to not be okay and then try to find things that will let you be okay cuz they won't last at nothing else they're going away at your death you're not taking them with you the Pharaohs tried that they buried everybody with them they should been arrested or something that's just ridiculous the whole households were buried in those pyramids okay they thought it would go with them it's
not going with you a much more interesting question to me is why are you not okay do we honestly believe that at the top of the evolutionary ladder having evolved all the way through from you know minerals to plants and fishes and all kinds of things and all the way up in the top and now the Pinnacle the Pinnacle of evolution is not okay that's what you manag to get okay I'm not okay and and it really is the fish don't worry as much as you do even the monkeys don't you worry way more than
any other species and that's what you call the highest evolutionary species that you can't live with yourself I can't live with anybody else pretty weird isn't it that's weird why Evolution would do that and it didn't okay and so I'm into and that's my whole path and what I teach is why are you not okay not how can I be okay why are you not okay like let's say you're not healthy your body physically you're not healthy well I need some aspirin I need some buffering I need alal Seltzer I need this I need that
I need can we first find out what's wrong do you really want to do that without going to find out why you have the pain or why you have this headache or why this is that just give me something to make it stop well it's just going to come back it's not going to go away because you're putting something on top of it to try to neutralize it let's say you're really good at neutralizing things what did you gain nothing nothing you there are times if the oldness necessity can't be fixed I understand that but
that's not normally what we're all doing is basically we're not okay and we're trying to feel better like I said that's what drinking and drugs and all this kind of stuff's all about is I don't feel okay if you feel okay why are you getting so drunk you can't think straight Bing drinking if you feel okay why are you doing drugs I'm not I'm picking on you it's fine any lifestyle you live is fine with me right but be honest so basically you come down to asking why do you need to do this why are
you doing this because it makes me feel better why don't you feel good why are you assuming that the default state that you you have to accept is I'm not okay now I need to find things that will make me be okay nothing wrong with that but you're not dealing with what the Buddhist call the root of the problem Buddhist say work at the root you're working at the leaves what happens you go out there and start pruning and trimming the leaves it all grows back bigger and thicker it's the same thing inside yourself so
it's not a question of compensating to me it's not a question of compensating for the fact that you're not okay it's literally doing the hard work work and the honest question of saying why am I not okay someone's on a spiritual path the starting position is wait a minute this cannot be my default state that I'm not okay and it cannot be the meaning of my life that I'm not okay and spend my whole life trying to find things that will compensate that's the key word that will compensate for the fact that I'm not okay
my motive a normal human being my motive for everything I do every word I say what clothes I'm wearing whether I perfume or cologne myself how I wear my hair how I carry myself what car I drive what house I live in all of it is to try to be okay if I have a nicer house I'll feel better if I have a nice car if I don't have a nice car I feel embarrassed you're not okay and therefore the motive behind all the behavior is to try to be okay spirituality is not there it
is not true that spirituality is about attracting to yourself what will make you feel better that is not spirit spirituality there's nothing wrong with it nothing wrong with anything there's nothing wrong if you don't feel when you take aspirin there's just something deeper there's the question I can't just keep taking aspirin or whatever it is I have to find out why I'm not okay and that by the way that's the spiritual path and some people talk about spirituality versus worldliness I don't like the word worldliness because it makes it sound negative the real difference between
true spirituality true spirituality and what we might call worldliness is is that a worldly person nothing wrong with that it's not a negative term don't think of it that way a worldly person thinks the solution to their not okayness is outside themselves in the world and I don't care what it is whether it be relationships or drugs or Pride or winning or just anything you name it hear me whatever level you're coming from that makes me feel better I need to get that I need to keep that that is the meaning of my life in
fact now we're going to go back to the word intent that is my intent to get what it is outside myself that will make me feel better and like I said I'm terrible because I don't draw a difference in the line of course there's a difference of course there's a difference and you're lonely and so you find someone that makes you feel better versus I'm lonely and I get drunk at night of course there's a difference but not that much of a difference who's willing to be that honest in both cases you're saying I'm not
okay and I need something outside myself that will make me be okay nothing wrong with it nothing and you need to go through all these things you understand that it's party Revolution but do you understand the level I'm talking at are you willing to be honest and say that is a worldly life the answer is outside in the world and don't blush because that's where all your answers are unless you get really deep that's what people think that that's what it is that the answer is outside okay not belittling anybody just be honest spirituality true
spirituality is about saying wait a minute why am I not okay that's inside it's coming from inside my anxiety my fears my self-consciousness my down on myself this is inside so I'm doing all this stuff inside and I'm trying to find something outside to compensate for it I talk about this the other night I'm not worthy of love I'm not I've every relationship I ever had didn't work out well and so on it's my fault and I don't know how anybody could ever love me now let me find somebody that will overcome that do you
understand that make yourself not be okay and then try to find situations outside that will overcome the fact that you made yourself not be okay I don't think so that doesn't seem like a very healthy path to me so the path becomes if I'm not okay and I'm the only one in here and you're the only one in there your kids ain't in there your husband ain't in there your wife I'm sorry I talk tough you're the only one in there I call it a single occupancy apartment that's where you live and there's no landlord
you're the landlord you're the one who sets all the rule there's nobody else in there nobody nothing that's funny you're the only one in there and you're making a complete mess of yourself so if it's not nice in there you did that there's a second step of true spiritual ownership it is not because Mommy did something when I was young I don't care how bad it was I mean I do care I do have compassion I do care but there's nothing I can do about it it's over how can I help you if you're in
there bothering yourself with something that's not happening I like to sit there and think if it's happening come let's let's do something about it we can be activists we can do stuff but I want to start with the easy stuff it's not happening so you come inside and you sit there and say if I'm not okay in here which is all that matters if you're happy in there and you feel love in there and you feel peace in there you don't get squat about anything it's fine I mean even the heavy stuff you have relationship
is beautiful you love it and then somebody leaves or dies whatever okay look at me you're fine no you're not allowed to be oh yes you are allowed to be fine all the time don't you dare telling doesn't mean you don't do things to help others or come out and do things you're better off as an activist doing things if you're okay otherwise I assure you if you look at it deep enough what you're doing is for yourself yourself you're doing it to make yourself feel better you're doing it to feel like you helped somebody
nothing wrong with that but the truth is until you're fine inside whole complete it's sun shining in there day and night it's just so beautiful I can't even talk about it in fact they don't talk they just get quiet because it's too beautiful inside how would you like that right now come out and spread some of that if you are fine inside you are a giver you can't help yourself that's all there is is to give the love is pouring off of you the caring is pouring off of you shu is pouring off you spirit
is pouring off of you you are a giver you don't have to do a single thing is just pouring off of you but if you're not okay and you look deep and no one's going to look that deep but you should be the true spiritual Seeker is looking deep in there and seeing their motives their intention right the intention is I'm not okay and I need to find things may be okay I don't like my job I'm working too hard I don't get enough gratification not being paid enough everything is the outside is determining how
I'm doing inside okay so the intent when we talk about intent we're being real here is which is your intent to get what you want to get what you think will make it outside so you feel good inside or to fix the inside and find out why you're not okay inside which work are you doing and if you say to me aren't we supposed to balance it you're talking to the wrong person there's no balance here if you're not doing okay and your body's sick well can't I keep smoking and yet get my lungs fixed
just once in a while why would you say that okay it's a 100% situation either you understand that you can be okay inside more than okay you can be in a state we'll talk about that later you can be a state of complete ecstasy inside all the time that's what Christ taught you what Buddha taught you but they all taught you the kingdom is within you so what is your intent is your intent to find out why you're not okay inside and work with that and fix that or is your intent to find something outside
or some things outside to compensate for the fact that you're not okay I only know how to talk about one thing and that is once you're intent is you understand I'm in here I'm the only one in here and if I'm not okay in here I did that can you look at me let me know if you can be that honest I know things happened that you were not able to handle inside therefore they Disturbed you they Disturbed you and they're still disturbing you okay who did that the original event you didn't do but the
inability to handle the event and keep it inside of you your whole life obviously you did that it doesn't have to be in there things come in and they pass through moments in the universe unfold they don't stay ever and then it comes in and it passes through you and you experience it and you learn from it and you grow and you have experiences what's wrong with that nothing you you're open you're an open B this is what it means to be spiritual spiritual doesn't mean you deny the world it means in the world but
not of it you're inside you're not of this world you're inside and then there's a world unfolding in front of you thank you thank you for the entertainment thank you for the experiences thank you for the learning it's like going to school obviously when you go to school you shouldn't know everything already why wasting your time it should be that each time each day you learn something new you have experiences different things get taught to you that's what's happening in this school the school of life every single moment you're having experiences they come in you
learn from them and you become a greater person and all of a sudden you're okay you're not only okay inside you're enthusiastic you're excited you're just whoa this is neat I can't wait to see what's going to happen today not I'm so scared maybe something will happen I don't like oh my God how do I control it what do I do I can I manipulate everything no no no no no here it comes whoa fun exciting challenging okay and it doesn't get stuck in there that's the greatest thing you can understand it doesn't have to
get stuck in there I told you once I have to figure it out get more scientific about it so far I'm willing to say at least 99.9 at least it may be 999 99.9% of everything that comes in through your senses makes it right through you are almost the Buddha you're almost completely enlightened the white lines on the road go right through the trees you're driving by thousands and thousands and thousands of them go right through the clouds go right through the most the weather goes through you know so they freak out and start yelling
and screaming you're having these experiences not a problem is it but what about that 0.1% that's a kicker right or wrong there are certain things that don't make it through do they and they end up staying in there who did that who did that cuz that is not the intention of your life that was not what was meant to be what was meant to be is 100% comes in and goes through and you go through the changes you need to go through to learn to be able to handle the reality of life life is reality
that stuff you stored inside yourself that didn't make it through that's not reality that's old stuff it's just old stuff that you didn't let go through and now you start to understand what's going on and to let the cat out of the bag early the only reason you are not okay inside is because you stored that stuff inside I know that as a fact how do you know is a fact you see that when you store it makes you're not okay you see that when you don't store it you're fine if it just comes in
and goes by how you doing today that's a great day what do you mean I didn't store anything somebody didn't say something I wasn't able to the handle this didn't happen that it didn't rain when I didn't want it to in other words I was okay it okay is beautiful then all of a sudden somebody says one word to you that you don't like how's your day terrible just like that Master used to say that meditation on used to say meditation is entering the laboratory of Soul research you're in there watching these changes that are
going on it doesn't take you any time at all to be open and conscious to realize you're doing this it is because stuff unfolds outside it's always unfolding it's a happening place like what amazing I like to blow your mind and make you expand your mind okay you're having these experiences which ones the ones that come in through your senses you're not experiencing anything else the realm of your senses is pretty small you don't see so far you don't hear so far etc etc there definitely don't taste too far it has to get into your
mouth it's definitely limit touches way limited as you get really close right but the result is you only pick up which is within the scope of your senses that's all you've ever picked up is there anything else going on that's outside the scope of your senses how about you give me the percentage what's the percentage what's going on everywhere at the same moment what's the percentage of what you're getting versus what there is it's so little it's ridiculous and you can't handle the little tiny God knows you can't handle much they just take a nano
little bite just take a bite like no no I don't want it that's that's what you do you can't handle the tiny amount that is coming through your senses I told you really you can most of it comes right in you go down the street in New York there are lots of people they don't bother you till your ex walks by you get it there's Clues there's constant Clues it didn't have to be your ex walking by your ex's name was Alex and you're walking by and these people are talking and said did you see
Alex oh boy you're all freaked out Alex it's New York there a lot of people it's not your Alex he's down in Florida but it doesn't matter hit you this is how you learn what's going on in there you pay attention and you see I'm doing this I have stored stuff inside of me that didn't make it through and that is the stuff that's creating my tension that's the stuff that's creating my anxiety that is what's causing all the problems what is I've decided that there are things that can go on in this world that
don't make feel good and I don't want those to happen and I've decided that the things can go on in this world that will make me feel good because in the past they seem like they did and I want those to happen now you're in trouble the fact that you want some things to happen and you don't want other things to happen means that you can't let life unfold freely it can't you you have to control it you have to manipulate it you have to get upset about it you have to worry about it if
you have things you want to happen they might not happen you stay night oh my God what do I do if he does this if he does forget things you want to happen more it's the things you don't want to happen there's more fear in there than there is boy and you did that You' developed within yourself this concept and view that the world is not okay it's just not okay why because you're not okay it's because you're not okay that the world's not okay I've watched the Dal Lama I once watched an interview years
ago and he was talking to somebody and she talked to said what about in China you know whether Chinese came in to tobet and they killed all your people and he started laughing wasn't a real laugh but he was laughing ha and talking to him like that she says how can you laugh he said because our teachings are that this world you're not supposed to get upset about this world you're supposed to be able to handle all the different situations that take place so we're taught that when things happen that are uncomfortable we laugh we
laugh oh there's the world doing that then we deal with it but we first laugh he won my heart you have to do that the alternative is to sit there and say that things can unfold in this world that mess me up and keep me messed up for the rest of my life whoa that doesn't sound very intelligent how can that do any good what good does it do for you to get upset what good does it do being upset I use the example the following a car accident took place you can't handle blood you
never able to handle blood you're of no use to that car accident don't even bother stopping that is out there bleeding you I can't handle blood all right you can handle it you can do good you can help if you can't handle something then you're of no use I'm telling you so you start off like the Dal Lama and you just start with openness you start with saying I am not going to store more trouble inside of me there's trouble outside I should be able to help work with it but if I store the trouble
inside what if you store everything there's a what if I know you didn't do it what if you stored everything that ever bothered you throughout your life inside of you you wouldn't do that would you you did so go ask Freud he'll tell you about it you stored every single thing that ever bothered you anybody that dished you or said something un nice to you and it happened that you didn't want to happen throughout your life well you're going to be bothered if you store things inside of you that bothered you and you make a
storehouse of your inside things that bother you guess what's going to be like in there that's why we started the conversation by saying your starting position is I'm not okay I need to find things that make me be okay why are you not okay not what do you need to find yes you're going to do it there'll be so worry it's going to happen anyways there there's growth okay nobody's saying it's wrong but your intent cannot be I'm not okay let me find things to compensate it and that's the best I can do in my
life is compensate for the fact I'm not okay cuz then you won't change you won't grow all right it has to be all right I'm not okay it's not nice it's not comfortable why at least ask why am I not okay cuz I just told you it's not difficult you're not okay because you stored everything ever bothered you inside of you how can you be okay if you store everything that made you not okay inside and it doesn't matter if it happened 50 years ago or 30 years ago get divorced don't right but get divorced
okay most people that get divorced don't get along too good that's why they got divorced so basically now years later is it still bothering you the relationship that you had how difficult it was at the end why is that because you stored it inside of you and now it's still inside of you and it's still bothering you all how many people can sit there and say that my ex-husband ex-wife doesn't still bother me inside they have nightmares they dream about it they hear the name it's stuck in there and so was what your high school
teacher did and so was this and so was that and so all of this stuff across your whole life these moments are unfolding in front of you some of them don't feel good and what did you do with them you store them inside so if I ask you from now on you'll be honest do you know why you're not okay in there the answer is because I stored everything that I experience that wasn't okay inside of me so now I'm a bundle of not okayness what do you think you worry about you worry that you
won't get what you want or that you'll get what you don't want how did you decide what you want and what you don't want you've had past experience made made you feel bad you don't want them to happen again yeah past experience made you feel good you want them to happen again that is how you're programmed because you stored these past experiences inside that's why you're not okay it's not because of what happened it's because you stored it in there and so the question becomes first how did you store it in there it's not even
happening it happened 30 years ago how's it still in there there's nothing out here because you have this thing called will these are deep discussions do you have will in there can you hold things and resist things and grab things and do different stuff inside of yourself can you push thoughts away can you hold on to thoughts can you make thoughts be created you have will in there now just just to be interesting I once contemplated because I I like science I'm not scientists but I like science they say there's four fundamental forces that's a
standard model of physics doesn't matter if you know them they said there's four fundamental forces all there is in the universe four fundamental forces gravity electromagnetism strong nuclear and weak nuclear I don't care if you understand them doesn't make any difference but what about will can you make your arm move was that atomic energy was that electromagnetism no it was me it was my intent I said move he moveed can you push thoughts away in there can you make a thought go on inside your mind what force did that I know four get that straight
is that amazing and they missed one of the major forces in the universe will it is a force that makes things happen doesn't it if I have magnetism and I hold it over here and it picks that metal up or have gravity holds it down don't talk to me about that I'll pick it up and move myself I can overcome those forces can I is that neat I'm not kidding they really just missed one but they're not talking about the inner Force they're just talking about external forces but you have an inner Force don't you
you can make things happen can't you using your volition will what you do with your will inside something happens you don't like you push it away that's suppression suppression repression fry talked about in other words you store it inside as an act of will do you understand that that thing will not stay in there ever for the rest of your life unless you keep holding it there that's not the nature of things the nature of things is they come and they go They're temporal they come and they pass through like water in in a river
if you Dam up the river like the Hoover Dam then the water's always going to try to push through but you have to assert a power a force strong enough to hold it back every single thing you stored inside of yourself that you didn't like you are still willfully holding inside yourself if you stopped it would come back up how do you know cuz it does doesn't it come back up it comes up back when your dreams it comes back when you're driving comes back when you have a fight with somebody they all the stuff
from the P my mother talk to me that way you sound like my father and then you have to wait I need time out I need a time out okay I'm okay now no you're not I mean I'm really glad you did that as opposed to starting to swing or throw pans and pots and stuff that's a much better way to use your will but all you did was push that stuff back down and create a space inside yourself where you're temporarily okay am I telling you stuff you don't know you live in there just
like I do this is what spiritual understanding is These Are Spiritual teachings not getting what you want how to get what you want that's ignoring the problem so basically just get to the point where you realize intent we're coming back what is the proper intent in your life that is if I cause problems inside myself and now I'm trying to compensate for that by manipulating controlling everybody in the world I need to stop doing that that's my intent my intent is clean up inside and not put any more in there there there you go can
you go through an entire day without putting more stuff in there say no be honest can you go through a day of people talking to you traffic lights changing when you don't want them to somebody driving in front of you when you don't want to raining when you wanted to play tennis or go golfing can you go through a day without getting upset because of what's going on outside that becomes like it's a video game it should be fun it's a challenge that's your your intent my starting intent is can I go through just one
day without getting upset without being bothered by the unfolding of reality that's unfolding in front of you and I told you how small in front of you is it's just this little bit your senses pick up the meantime it's happening all over the globe everywhere how come that stuff doesn't bother you because it's not hitting your stuff when it comes in it hits what you stored in there and that's what you're going to find if you try to go through a day with nothing bothering you not your mind not your hard nothing it's just man
day on the beach it's a day on the planet Earth and so basically you're going to find it you can't do it and if you will watch it you're going to find out that what I'm teaching you is the truth that the reason you can't do it is because the day hits the stuff you already stored in there it reminded you of this it does that is all of a sudden stuff's coming back up and youd have to busy you're busy in there controlling everything trying to hold it together so your intent when you become
a truly awakened being is to say I can't be okay till it's okay in here and the reason it's not okay in here is I stored everything never bother me so you have to learn to stop doing that that's your spiritual learning so you start when I I found you don't start with all the stuff you st from before that's too big so you have to learn first how to deal with this you start with the moment in front of you be here now you start with the moment in front of you and say I
can handle this here here's the spiritual life moments are going to unfold in front front of me have you noticed that moments are going to fold in front of me and I can handle them boy here's a mantra I can handle it I can handle whatever is unfolding in front of me you're going to find out that certain things will unfold and you'll see that you have difficulty with them I guarantee you if you looked you would see that's because of other stuff you stored in it from before and then you get a secondary explosion
and all this noise goes up it happens all the time the phone rings the phone rings at night 11: at night 11:30 at night what's going on inside of you oh my God who Could That Be why someone to call this late oh my God who who died what am I going to do what in the world are you doing right well I saw in the movies that those kind of calls don't work real well you cause yourself trauma you cause yourself so much trouble your intent has to be to stop doing that as opposed
to your intent being I'll do this but you have to compensate for it you understand that you come back and say well you didn't even hug me when I had to go out there and handle this call who was it oh it was a Spam call right your car is running out of warranty please wake up realize what you're doing with your life I told you what the default is the default is I'm not okay and I'm spending all my will you have will I'm spending all my will and all my effort to manipulate control
Find mentally even physically what will make me be okay and it's outside the new car the new house the new relationship this and that my significant other be more caring listen to me more that's what I need no no no you need for them not to have to listen to you because you have nothing to say at that level that you're so busy dumping on them that they can take it from you who's willing to be real why do you need them to sit god with every word oh my god did that really bother you
I'm so sorry what can I do to make up okay now that's nice isn't it all right what if it doesn't happen well we're headed for a divorce we're going to marriage counselors what if I could sit there and say I know things happen they always happen you had a bad day at the office somebody saw something to you that bothered you you came home and said something not so nice to me it's okay I let it go there's nothing in here wouldn't it be nice wouldn't you be nicer and wouldn't it be nicer for
him or her why can we raise ourselves instead of being a mess so that's what I see as the ideal of spirituality get clean in there so that you can bring Beauty and love and understanding and compassion into the world so I'm begging you to understand that there is an intent that you can have in your life which it doesn't mean you don't go about your life you go through all kinds of things nobody's there yet okay we're going to go through all kinds of stuff but but the underlying intent is I am going to
use every moment of my life to let go of this garbage that I stored inside myself that is a spiritual life and now the question becomes how do you do this I started the conversation and I will stand by it to say the most important things your intent if you don't have that intent you're not going to do it you like to talk all you want we're not like it doesn't matter okay if you don't have the intent that yes I have have you stored stuff in there I'm asking you a question do you have
stuff in there that's sensitive and hit you and you is trouble in your life okay all right how about we have an intent to get rid of that and not take on anymore you see how costly it is to have that in there don't you it ruins your life so why would you take on more over stupid thing like a driver in front of you or the fact that somebody drove over your flower bed or or or I'll give you a good one I I go to flower I don't but I go to flower shows
and I have this prize Rose and I about to take it to the flower show and a beetle I saw a be a little little ladybug Beau little ladybug eating it how are you doing it's traumatic I spent years growing that thing you created some serious trauma around here didn't you a bug ate a plant bugs eat plants all the time not my plant do you see what I'm saying you're causing yourself trouble so you make a serious intent to sit there and say no I'm going to be okay inside I will start by dealing

to happen again in this spot you're not being logical what you're doing is storing stuff in there and then looking at the whole world through the stuff you stored in there there's no higher probability somebody's going to run the light anytime you drive through there if they never did it before all right let it go I'm begging you take it on as a video game game is a game yes I had this thing I spun around boy am I a great driver wasn't that fun that's how the Dal Lama laughs right when you're done spinning
around wow man that was a rush hey you go to the fair and go to rise right you'd like it to be like that that's real fun no you didn't like this one you didn't like this ride you dare to sit there and say just because that happened once doesn't mean it's going to happen again just be open that's what it means to be open not to store this stuff inside of you do not store this stuff inside of you I beg you now the question how do you do that because you're going to find
