ChatGPT Operator | Posting On Social Media

hey so today I want to just show you guys how we can use operator in business um so I've been playing around with it a few things that you can do you know just kind of vary on what you're doing operator has a few pre-made ideas um but these are just kind of like personal life stuff which great works fine uh but I want to be able to use it in the things that I'm doing every day um so the first one I want to just look at is how to post on social media using

operator so you could go in here and just type in you know make a post on my Facebook like you could do something like that um what I found though is you have to be super uh precise with what you want to do because it just tends to kind of loop through so what I've done is I actually use chat GPT to help me write my operator prompts um so what I'll do is be like I'm using chat gpts operator and Need help writing a prompt I want operator to leave this out all right so

fairly specific with what we want in chat GPT um if I write that into operator it won't work as well and we'll we'll go back and I'll write this in and then we'll we'll see the difference so this what chap GPT spits out so I'm not even going to read through it we're just going to copy this over and paste it then we're just going to watch essentially what it does so once it opens up we can then pull it into View mode and you can see here it it went to being uh being is

the search engine it uses and it immediately went to Automation and AI Trends 2025 which is a pretty solid SE term if you're going to look for some articles so we can see here it pulled up uh basically the first result looking through it hopefully it's learning um now this isn't necessarily the fastest thing usually what I'll do is I'll give it the prompt and then on my other screen I'll be working on something else and just kind of watching the side of the corner of my eye so you don't need to sit here like

we're doing and look through it but for the purposes of this we we're going to watch it so it read through that first one has it open a new tab and now it's let's see what it's doing uh okay cool so I think what it did was it looked at the second one and then just went back to the previous tag to make sure it wasn't the same article U that's something I've seen before is when I'm not super specific with it it'll go through and just just open the same tab over and over and

over again um so it's really nice to see that it uh is checking its work so going through learning more for us um and if you look over on the left here it actually says scrolling for more information on AI so it's telling you what it's doing uh in real time you can actually see everything it's done if you pull this up so it's searching for articles opening analy inside article reading summarizing Gathering more info so it's going through and it's actually telling us what it's doing so you see here it's copied this one and

now it actually made a post um so it has a title for us has post content has it called the action let's see Okay cool so it came back and made them so now what we'll do is we'll tell it great please post on my Facebook and Linkedin okay and now it's going to want us to log in um usually it'll navigate you to Facebook or LinkedIn and do this and so we'll see okay it's not going to do it today so I'm just going to open a new tab in this interface and go to

Facebook and let's see if it's got saved from before okay so it has my profile saved from before so you'll have to log in but from my previous test it has my info saved okay so it's got it so we'll say what we did logged into Facebook and Linkin okay um and obviously as you use it it'll become more and more self-sufficient at first it definitely needs some hand holding so it's going to continue to work through here opening LinkedIn um and you just have to keep in mind it's working on a virtual computer so

it's always going to be a little bit slow hey look at that R AI tool not strategy that's great advice so we're learning about a tool right now and now you can build in um oh that's good so you see it encountered an error so now it's going to retry the task um now you can build in like please let me review before you publish um and it'll actually paste the post in there and then let you review it and then you can either go in and publish it yourself or you can tell operator to

publish it so yeah we can see it Clos LinkedIn now it's reopening LinkedIn cool while it's letting it load let's see and it's going to accidentally open this because it was trying to do something else hey Tiffany and Chris there we go now it'll get it right and again this is obviously slower than doing it yourself but I tend to be multitasking so I'll be doing something else while this is going on um so I don't mind that as slow so we'll see here exploring the future cool so now you can see it prompted me

I've prepped the post for Facebook with summarized content would you like me to go ahead and post it so this where you can read through it make changes so we'll put go ahead and post it so I can either go in and click post or we're going to have it do it and then it's going to go to link in and hopefully do the same thing and and we could also have it go look for images that's another thing we could have included in our prompt was add images um now super cool thing is you

could actually save this as a task so when this is done we'll save this that way you don't have to prompt it every time you could actually have it as just an option at the beginning and all you do is click it and it'll run it so we can go through what that looks like this experience would you try get so we're going to Take Over Control let's see if we can cool so it loads for us so we'll go here and we'll just you don't have to put it in here but I like to

loaded up LinkedIn okay so now it it should be try it there we go so now it's going to try to make the post for us yep now it's going to copy and paste in cool and now it's going to check with us yes please post so there's a lot of cool things you can do with this I definitely would recommend running it through chat GPT to create a good prompt um because if you're not super specific it's not going to work well okay so this is done so now this task is done so we

can actually save this and it's going to autogenerate these for us we can update them later so search and select articles so it will be like uh find articles and make social media post so if we do that now this will work here we could add in more um so now that we've made this we can actually go back and now you'll see it's right here and if we were to click it it gets everything ready to where all we have to do is Rec click this and it restarts the task now I don't want

to rerun the task um but this is a great way to get started um I now have two posts and would usually do that while I'm working I don't have to spend a ton of my time doing it yes it takes longer than maybe doing it but it's a super cool way to get started um yeah comment below what you'd like to see done um I'm going to go through be making videos of what operator can do how to do it um so this is just starting point super glad to to make this video
