[Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] hello and welcome to the omar show today i'm going to show you a quick daily face massage that you can do for glowing skin as you all know i absolutely love face massage it just has so many benefits that i've seen over the years increases your blood circulation moves your nutrition lymphatic drainage helps in collagen production and then fascia release and then just so many of them really helps with your emotional health it also helps with your physical health in so many different ways like you've got your cortisol levels go
down and you feel healthier and more energetic if you regularly do face massage so today i'm going to show you a face massage for a glowing skin it's very easy and simple to do maybe you can follow me or you can follow my video whenever you want so i'm taking sea buckthorn oil from living libations that's the oil that i use just a few pumps so i always start with the chest because chest and neck is so important most of our lymph nodes are located here and so it really helps in lymphatic drainage even if
you have puffy face and you're only doing massage in the face doesn't help you have to start your massage from the chest so i apply a little bit of oil as i did already and then start with my knuckle here release all the stress and tension here activate the muscle here so you can start with a little bit of knuckle massage here and then you can just with each hand go a little deeper here you can have a pressure that is suitable to you usually this area takes more pressure than the rest of the face
or neck so you can be little you can go a little deeper here so start with the chest once you're done with that come to your clavicle uh your collarbone or decollete and then just have little circular motion here lots of lymph nodes here so we're basically draining them so just small very superficial pressure you don't need to put too much pressure on um on this area once you're done with that let's go towards the neck and we are lifting the face up while we are making it close so we are going to go upwards
so we're going to now work on our neck this is the area this is the muscle called platysma and we are working on platysma right now so you go upwards maybe you can do 10 times on each side and then this side you're going upwards toward the jawline once you're done with that you can take these fingers like this two in front of the ears and two behind and then do little drainage your lymphatic drainage again lots of nodes here so we're just superficial pressure making sure lymphatic system works properly maybe eight to ten times
once we are done with that let's move towards our chin area a lot of us have you know double chin issue or just loose skin here um and face massage can really help tone up this area so we can go like this upwards towards the jaw and then take your knuckles and go from center of the chin towards the end of your ears two three four five six seven eight nine and ten once you're done with that take both of your thumbs and just go upwards like this to even more work on this area and
activate the muscles once you're done with this area let's move on to a jaw area i already have some oil here so i'm going to go with these fingers place here and the chin and just go towards the ears two three four five six seven eight nine and ten once you're done with that let's work on these depressors this area a lot of us have this issue too so we're going to lift it up take both your hands keep them here and go upwards one two three four five six seven 8 9 and 10. once
you're done with this area let's plump up our lips who doesn't like a nice juicy plump lips and you can actually do it naturally so we're going to hold our lips and go from one corner to the other so the muscle around our lips gets activated of course if we want to know and learn more about the facial muscles and patients anatomy it's a huge subject and i have a bit of it in my seven day facelift online course but if you want to learn in depth then i have my course out of my academy
called neolifting that is an intensive course on face massage and facial anatomy um so anyways once your lip area is done um as i said uh the muscles around your lips gets activated and when you do it regularly you see the results your lip gets plump and and if you're consistent it is a long term result and once you're done with this area then you can just release your masseter this muscle where we carry a lot of our emotions and usually stressed out it also creates a lot of headache and even back ache is associated
with it so just release it place all your three fingers and just go around small circular motion on it and release the stress usually if you're doing it for the first time you will feel the pain there but if you do it regularly the pain will reduce drastically so once you're done with that let's work on this whole cheek area i'm going to take a little bit more a drop or two of the oil and apply on my cheeks and then go back to this position then lift the cheek area up two three four five
six seven eight nine and ten then just work on one side so we start with lifting the cheek area followed by the other hand one two three four five six seven eight nine and ten on the other side one two three four five six seven and eight once you're done with the cheek area i mean i already feel so relaxed i feel like um with the blood circulation this energy of this whole area has changed it just feels i feel alive right now once you're done with this area we're going to move on towards our
eye area for the eye area let's start with keeping our hands under our chin and then with these two fingers massage around the eyes so go in a circular motion like this 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 and 10. and then we come and work on the crow's feet you can keep make a v out of these two fingers keep them here and just go zigzag on this area to smoothen these lines and do it on the other side too this is very effective if you want an instant uh smoothing of these lines
this works beautifully once you're done with that we'll move on towards our eyebrows and just go on top of the eyebrows hold the eyebrows with our fingers and do a little massage like this kind of releases the stress from this area it's great for anxiety it's great for headache and over time the muscles get activated great for droopy eyes and to lift this area and keep it smooth both the sides feels so good this feels really good you can also do it just with two fingers so once you're done with the eye area let's move
towards our forehead area so first one is the 11 line a lot of us have that issue again and let's work on that then so first one will be take your hands like this place it over your forehead and just work on top of the lines going upwards in two different like one is going towards right one is towards left and you're activating this muscle as well as smoothing the line that's there once you're done with that let's work on the forehead lines and for that it's extremely simple but very very effective you can keep
your whole hand here whole palm here and then go in two different directions with both the palms this feels extremely relaxing a few times again this works beautifully if you are feeling anxious you're not centered um or you're just all over the place just do this and you will you'll instantly feel grounded it brings you back to your own body so once that is done you can do a little bit of head massage if you want to uh just there's a video on my youtube channel on head massage just you know run your fingers through
your scalp do some nice circular motion little bit of pressure pull your hair a little bit and you know the holes when the scalp is released then you feel that release throughout the face neck and chest so this is all one unit you can't just work on one part of it and think that everything is going to work out so yeah i mean i instantly feel so light so relaxed and i can see that healthy glow on my face which comes with um you know face massage or just taking care of of your skin or
just taking care of yourself that that little glow and i just love it i just always love how my face feels how i feel after a face massage so this is a very easy technique um it's a very quick technique but if you want to learn face massage in depth in combination with face yoga in depth then check out my seven day facelift online program i have a full structure the full technique in fact each day i target one part of the face i start with the chest then move towards the neck and then the

which i have in my seven day facelift program you will just know what you're working on and why you're doing what you're doing there's science behind it so if you don't believe in it you're a thinking woman and you have questions about it um then at least learn more about it get into the depth of it before dishing it completely because not only me so many of my clients and then you see so many other people now who benefited from face yoga and face massage so there is definitely um something that is very valuable here
