that you get which he refers to as the chimp and then you have your more rational logical mind but uh you know your quote unquote chimp takes over a lot of time and it's the people who can control their chimp from that keep saying Jim uh-huh they get ahead in life so really really interesting to me and the book I picked up today is the everything store basically it's all about Amazon I mean I've read like 50 pages of this book a little while back but um then story is just so so inspiring so I'm
interested to read that next week and finish this this week so guys I just got home and I thought I would show you the system and I have for my meal prep I'm prepped for lunches a week basically I split up into two lunches because to eat clean and get a thousand calories which is what I'm aiming for takes quite a lot so I have one lunch at school which is basically something like this they may not look big but when you fill it up with whole foods then it's quite a bit and then when
I get home I go ahead and have my bigger second lunch of sorts this is just chicken and rice brown rice low glycemic index whole chicken breast and I make sure the quality out of it is very good so yeah um as I said to be completely off so guys I really recommend you read a book called the Ultraman solution it'll go over you know just effects of food on your mind on your discipline your creativity your happiness things like that and also a difference between say getting chicken from Whole Foods or Waitrose and getting
