I didn't feel abandoned. It was four in the morning when I heard the news, I got here. This building was taken over by firemen.
Fire department was here. There was nothing we could do. Everything was restricted.
They broke the doors, opened the flashing. . .
My mother plays a key role in my life. First I grew up living my mother's story. I learned something from my mother that that I carry with me.
I don't know how to cry. You won't catch me crying because I can't. My mother was such a warrior.
I never saw my mom cry. I have no reason to complain about my life because my mother seven days after she had me, my mother tucked me into my arms, a bag of clothes on her back, and walked 15 miles on foot. I had bronchitis and the doctor told my mother you can't take him home, he won't resist.
My mother put me on her back, took me home and she. . .
She never gave up. The impact my mother brings to me is so great that I don't lower my head. I never saw my mother cry.
I never saw my mother complain. The purpose that God gave me of having a mother. I will honor her.
I like to live life with her there. She does everything for me. With love in her way, with the greatest affection.
In addition to knowing that if I honor father and mother I'll have more days on Earth, and keep me close to them, I have the greatest affection and pride of being the son of Maria Lúcia da Silva Barroso. Our dear Nespa. I entered the market in 2020 as a distributor.
In 2020 I went to a convention in California, and I was in search of suppliers, looking for technology. I got there in California, God put something in my heart that I didn't have to be there anymore. Due to the success of our company and the experience of knowing how to work in this area, having the knowledge.
Advanced Insulation had a growth. I saw that there were many people who needed information and education. Then Nespa came about.
The purpose was to make more entrepreneurs and visionaries other insulation companies achieve success. In 2020, when we opened doors there were big bets that it wasn't going to work out. and I entered the market to appease.
To be able to make it work. The company turned 1 year, I made en event for 250 businessmen of the same field. Someone came up to me and said how do you manage to put 250 competitor together inside a warehouse?
The answer is simple, I'm here to remove this competior vision they've created between them. Today our dear Nespa grows annually 70%. We don't only sell material, we deliver more than that.
We take the company from scratch and make it successful. Matheus, I was analyzing this increase of 45% in the purchasing department, which was the product you bought? The two semi-trucks that went to Hampshire.
Ok. In the last few weeks I've been negotiating with some suppliers and I managed to reduce the price of three to four products. Nespa started basically with me, Dani, who is my financial manager, with Lara, who is a Nespa saleswoman and with Rodrigo, our mechanic.
Suddenly, we saw that the volume was too big. We doubled our team, from 4 to 8 people. It wasn't enough and we were hiring, sectorizing, creating departments.
then today we are 18. In my opinion, I think the greatest factor that made Nespa leverage so much, from the mechanic services to selling material is the way we offer our service and assistance. The way we care about our customers.
We always try to think that when our customer leaves equipment here is a day of service he missed. Those were key points to leverage both our product sales. .
. Our customer arrives here, buy material, in 5 minutes he's leaving for the site. In mechanics as well.
He comes with his equipment, and leaves on the same day. We always try to make quality work and also a quick job. It's funny to say this.
Nespa started and after 6 months Jesus arrived. I was working at Advanced. He said, I need you man, you'll take care of a company about mechanics and such.
He already knew my history in Brazil, that I was a mechanic. But it's totally different from what we did in Brazil. Here we work with machines.
He trusted in me and I've been here since the beginning. Today, thank God, the evolution the company had was very big. In the six-month period that I was here I started alone, with Daniele, Lara and Amanda.
From the first year I started here, it kept growing. It came to a point I couldn't work alone, then we hired more collaborators. That's it.
Every day the company is growing. An experience that I don't know how to explain how it happened. It's for the people who are here.
That I'm sure. My greatest learning experience as an entrepreneur was to never give up. No matter how hard was your day, your Monday, who knocks on your door, do not give up, it's not an option.
Every time you think about giving up, you are fleeing your purpose. Don't give up. I gave up the purpose that God had in my life, I'll go home.
It's not for me. This sentence was made by a loser. If God believes it's for you, it's for you.
If you don't want to do it, nothing will make you do it. If you are on the boat He planned for you you have to stay there. You just have to make it work.
It won't be easy. Give up is not an option. The best thing I learned on my entire journey was to never give up.
I'm that guy who is always. . .
If I arrive in a place and there's no door, I'll create one. Give me a minute and I'll do it. There is no way out.
How so? Why not? There's no such thing.
Why won't you win? You have everything you need. You have a giant neuron.
You speak, you see, you breathe, you have everything you need. You are more than 100%. The only thing missing is to believe.
It's only up to you. If you don't believe, nobody can do it for you. I believe for you.
No. It will not work, you have to believe it will work. The fire happened here 3 days before Christmas.
Exactly in this place here. It was due the switchover. We care a lot about security in our company, but stay always alert.
No matter how safe you are, there's space to improve. For me it was an example, a good thing, because, as much as this has happened, I didn't feel abandoned. It was four in the morning when I heard the news, I got here.
This building was taken over by firemen. Fire department was here. There was nothing we could do.
Everything was restricted. They broke the doors. opened the flashing.
When they cleared for us to enter the building, an image that never leaves my head was that I looked around there were 120 people. They looked at me and said, Jesus let's clean everything up and make it work. We worked from 6am to 10pm.
At 6 am the next morning, everything was working as if nothing had happened. I don't like to tell. .
. I have no pride at all to talk about it but I do to serve as an example to others, so anyone else go through what we went. We had our blessed Christmas, as always.
Our house was all decorated for Christmas, with tree and everything. Everything went up in smoke, firefighters broke it all to do their jobs. They broke it, smoke all around.
We put everything back in place, we had our blessed Christmas. At that moment, I had no strenght. What gave me strength to continue were my collaborators around me.
I could watch them and say, 12 years of dedication to them, I needed them at that moment there so I could look at them and say we're in this together. God gave me this mission on earth to make it work. I have to make it work and I will prosper, it won't be a fire, a betrayal, a deal gone wrong, it won't lead me away from my purpose.
You can be sure that many times these obstacles, whether small or big, whichever size it is, they will only strengthen me to get me where I want. This fire was a very sad incident. At the time, we had just put a brand new flashing.
$160,000. An amount he had been saving with a lot of difficulty to make it happen, because he treats here as his own house. Unfortunately, this fire happened late at night.
When he got the news, I could see that his world had ended. He didn't know until then the damage the fire had caused in the company. He came running.
. . The firefighters just let him in, nobody else.
Everyone was on the street far away not knowing what was happening until then we were cleared to enter. He was trying to see what could be done. We had 43 customers at the time, I'll never forget.
On that day. We called and explained to them. It's a giant bump in the operation.
When you stop working, then you imagine not only the damage that the company has, but the disappointment we're giving to our customers. We have a commitment to him. When the fireman was returning from the fire and said he was going to cut the flashing.
. . He saddened to the point of having to have someone hold him because his back locked.
He's trying to save his business. The fireman said we have to throw it all out there. Over a million dollars worth of material.
He almost fell down. How will we work tomorrow? Thank God everything worked out.
He ended up recovering well. The company also made up for the losses. We fixed the flashing of the building.
The other day we were operating. We delivered everything. We work until a little extra time on Saturday until later and got everything done.
This incident unfortunately hit company The day before Christmas. It was something no one expected even more so in this period. We thought that it would be something that would tear down the company.
On that day, I think we could see how collaborative is the employees of the company. On that same day, it was the employees who turned the company back on its feet. I think that we brought experiences, we established new procedures regarding control so that this would not happen again.
It could have been a tragedy that would end the operation of a company with years of success. It became a great experience. It's like a phoenix rising from the ashes, the company did not stop.
If an incident of that magnitude didn't stop us, the sky is the limit. We still have a lot to achieve and to overcome. Everybody, from the streets to office, even people who don't work there, came into the warehouse and started cleaning everything up.
It all turned to black. It was like a family. Everyone came inside washing, scrubbing.
All day tirelessly everyone there struggling. To open doors on the other day. But when you think about it, the fire could have caught anywhere else.
But it didn't. It burned a place where there was no way of going anywhere else. Even so we're still grateful for that.
It could be so much worse, much worse. It was a mobilization of everyone, we did an excellent teamwork Advanced Insulation was back the next day. To be honest, the day after the fire so much was said about what had happened.
Jesus veru worried, we still didn't know what would be the implications of that. Many things were done. The companies had to come here, do a whole cleaning.
Such adjustments had to be made to the top of the company, more on the first floor than on the second. Everyone was. .
. sure was nice that everyone joined in. To keep the company on its feet.
No one. . I don't think anyone had, for a moment, a fear of losing their job.
Everyone knew that the company was going to continue. That was the feeling that was in everyone. So the next day we went back to work.
That's the feeling everyone had in that period. On the next day the whole office was operating the street was already operating and we didn't stop. No one ever saw Jesus getting sad.
Putting the hand on his head thinking what am I going to do. No. He stood there.
Everyone went along. to make it happen and for the company doesn't stop and it didn't. One of the biggest milestones is to see the company growing.
Daily. Not only financially, but with engaged people. The biggest milestone in history was the purchase of this building.
Buying this building. . .
we performed this in the pandemic. When everyone was giving up. To deal business.
We made biggest thing we held on. On people. .
. Our employees. We didn't let anyone go home.
We held. . .
everyone who was involved in the company. We put people around, we made more than 10,000 basic food baskets. to help people who needed.
And God put in our way this building. I remember at the time when it happened we bought this building. It was abandoned, it was very bad.
When we received. . .
when I got the key I came here, I sitted outside looking at that and I made a call to a friend to share my achievement. He said, I think you made the worst deal of your life. The market is falling.
The pandemic. Things are losing value. This is not the time for it.
It squeezed my heart. God gave me, I'll have to honor it. I walked into this building and.
. . it was abandoned.
It was scary. I went home and my heart tight with that. The other morning I got up, I went to the company and I was afraid of sharing the conquest because.
. . it was the wrong moment.
I got there and said. . .
we had 40 collaborators but only had work for maybe 10. Everything was closed. I know what to do.
We came to this building. We did something amazing. The vision I had, that everyone thought was too big.
I always looked at this building, it's going to be small. 4 years passed but our building worked out. It's getting small for the size of the dream.
One of the greatest achievements was our group that today we have. . .
We are solidifying our group. Other companies came both from here and Brazil, out of state, and that for me is a gigantic achievement. We got to bless more people, we get to expand.
And solidify our group. There are many challenges. Especially because.
. . we're from another country.
When you get here everything is different. There are a lot of different rules, you really have to follow them. Especially English, right?
The language difficulty is very hard. Transportation, food, many people can't even eat properly here because they're used to food from Brazil. There are several things that our people face difficulty here.
I try to always guide them, explaining, about work safety. We constantly have meetings. We gather everyone early in the morning before leaving.
We talk a lot about this. Guiding them all the time, paying attention to what you're stepping into, who is around you. These are the difficulties.
But we manage them all, thank God. We have very good people. We always do training.
We have a quality standard. I am the staff support. If I see that the quality is falling, I try to guide to improve.
We already do training for that. For us to maintain our quality. I'm always looking at the quality of the work being done.
The quality is the soul of the business. You got to have quality. This is very important for the company because that's what moves us.
A customer indicates to the other because of our quality, agility, efficiency. I'm always guiding. I'm a little annoying sometimes, I have to be.
It's part of the operation. I'm always scolding them a little, it's good. Our quality process.
. . it is made by two supervisors.
Actually, one at the moment, Edmar. He comes in the morning with us, studies the schedule, and see where he goes, what is the best logistics for him. He goes straight to work.
Only then he comes to talk to the boys. How are you? What about that wall?
That thing is not cool, I'll show you guys. At the same time he fills the quality of work, he teaches the boys how it should be done. Sometimes there is another project he already finished, he just passes by to give that final check.
He also visits commercial projects. He usually takes some things that's missing. Someone need something, they call us, we dispatch.
Send it there so as not to waste time. Time is what the customer wants to save. We want to take that time and check the quality as well.
Working with a designer and trying to trying to fast track that, I've already picked out all the units that are going in there. We're fine tuning how we're going to design what they're going to look like as a finished product based on what customers have brought me in the past as far as what they want their design to look like. I'm trying to make sure that the showroom represents a lot of different styles so when they do come in this is what you can do, show them run them through the options and the remote systems and different visual options.
Based on whether they're looking for an insert to go into an existing fireplace opening or if they're doing a brand new construction project. When people are doing design projects they need to see things. These projects can be costly it's very very nice for you to actually see them first hand.
It's better customer service wise to have them come in and have that one on one have that face to face than say oh let me just email you a link. It's much nicer to have them have them come in and have that personal face to face shake their hand, be able to actually be personal instead of electronic. Unfortunately because of our proximity to a couple of other fireplace showrooms we're limited on certain products we can get.
It's like car dealerships. You can only have a certain number of Toyota dealerships in a in a in a mileage range so I'm working with some of our other distributors and manufacturers to bring in products that we can have access to to expand what we can make available to our customers so obviously I wanna provide a good product but I wanna make sure there's enough available so that's that's what I'm working on now. Just basically with with new technology and flame control and the remotes all have Bluetooth access now and you can turn your fireplace on and off with your phone but just the overall, the look of the fireplace the realism of the logs and the flame and the burner systems and the non reflective glass they've just come so far and how things are being vented to bring fresh air in to get bigger flames and safety of the exhaust systems and if you have a car.
If you're putting a fireplace in the center of a home and you need 50 feet to vent it out to fresh air there's power vents to bring fresh air in and just the the way it did. . .
they're making it more possible to bring these their luxury items to bring these into people's homes and to make them more efficient and more luxurious at the same time it's just. . .
it's come such a long way. Nespa sells approximately 2500 items. Let's say we have about 50 suppliers.
So Nesfa always comes with these suppliers so they can give training to our team, for our customers too. We don't just focus on selling that material. We want to make sure that that customer is specialized and prepared to use the product.
Weekly, we have a supplier, or at least someone from their team, doing training, lectures, courses, so we're sure that both our team and our customers are really ready for use. In addition, we also value the quality of the products. We always try using products that are sustainable to the environment, always thinking about the question that we know that these.
. . that these products will be used in homes, in schools, churches, so we always have this care to be sure of the quality of that product too.
We also have cutting-edge equipment. We use computers, we have to use the day to day. Tokens.
They're like a car. A machine is like a car. It has several sensors and all.
We have that day after day to become more professional every day. Today modern machines needs it. If you don't have.
. . you don't have a basic course, you don't have an experience, You can't operate, you can't make it happen.
We have this van that does the external service. Some customers can't leave their work, from where they're operating. This van was created for that.
To go from the company to wherever the customers needs the service. We have here available this van with all the components everything we use in everyday life. The customer who needs will get in touch with us, we will make the appointment, and soon after the van is leaving and solving their problem.
Here, internally, we work with preventive daily maintenance. We also work with a daily basis of material loading where Felipe does the lift operation. We also have several trainings to help the customer who sometimes don't know how exaclty to operate the machinery.
We're here to provide this assistance. Our routine is like this. To satisfy and help our customers.
We need to create a room for. . .
We already have. It has shelves and everything? Yes, everything is okay.
We already put the password on the door etc. A positive working enviroment. .
. Searching for the people engagement. Seeking to improve the environment.
We are opening our gym here in the company. It's not a fitness project, it's a healthy project. I always take a look of motivation.
Today, I'm trying to bring a benefit for our employees, building a gym here. We're assembling our gourmet kitchen to bring more. .
. more benefit for people who work here. And positivity overflows.
When the guy brings within his heart this act of being positive, you can be sure that it'll spread for people around you. Their day to day will get better. So they don't let the negative part come into their lives.
Everything flows. The secret to work with me is that everything is ours. I don't accept someone saying the company belongs to Jesus.
It's ours. We make it work. That's the secret of the business.
The company has always greatly encouraged collaboration. From between sectors, any process that stops in the area of operations, will damage my result in financial. If the seller is not satisfied, I won't see good results in the financial area, so the whole company needs to work collaboratively for us to get the results.
Jesus also encourages this collaboration between companies. We also work in a very collaborative way with others companies from the same group. We get in touch with the New England Spray Foam, both to get ideas of what they are using there, we did this in the implementation of one of the systems we had.
We went there at the company to be able to understand the system a little more before implementing it here. In the same way, when we have processes that we have already implemented at the company, and they still haven't got it set up there, they ask us for some help, some idea, and we're always trying to share what we already know because we know it's for the growth of group as a whole. Why not share knowledge?
Together we manage to grow, reach a higher level than we would alone. Every day when I leave home, I'm thinking on the way about how can I encourage a little more our employees. We have severals maneuvers.
In addition to our weekly meetings, we always insist that our collaborator is heard, that his idea is considered, I talk about this all the time. Guys, this is ours. We also try to be prosperous in everyone's life.
Encouraging them in every way we can, whether it's financially, emotionally, we train them with courses. We are always attentive to the market and to new opportunities that we can offer them. The company, since I joined, changed a lot.
We see progress, everything that can benefit the employee, the collaborator, so that he can work in an environment. . .
that is nice, with quick information. When I started, it was practically Excel. Today you can type a proposal in the system, bring all the documentation in seconds.
It's wonderful, you have the information really fast. Today we have our internal network where all the information is there. It really encourages.
. . we have received a very big incentive in new software.
We have very quick access. And not only internally, on the street also. The boys who are on the street.
. . Back in the day, the machines were.
. . as far as possible good for but today they are excellent.
Internally, here in the office, as well as on the streets, we see that the quality is very targeted for our benefit. Talking about the environment, working here is a surprise. It is very rewarding for us to work on a company that has so many daily benefits.
I always say that we spend more time within the company than at home many times. Work with people who makes you comfortable, friends that we make within the company, it's great. Every month we have birthdays of the month.
You know how Brazilians are, any reason possible they want a party, a barbecue. We always have barbecues. We have the commemorative dates, for example on women's day, we had the day turned for us women.
On mother's day, for example, we received a tribute that was very nice. It's very rewarding to see the little picture of you with your son at the end. In every date we try to have this, to get the boss closer to the employees.
Working here is very good. It's an environment where you can. .
. have peace of mind, you can talk, we have the kitchen, our moment at lunch time, we have a garden where we can have lunch. It makes our day to day a little lighter.
Construction is. . .
It's madness so when we have these moments. . .
relaxing moments are very good. We have a bonus program created by our boss. They created an app where every field person has a score.
At the end of the year, if the person made it all cool, has a good score, he will receive a nice bonus. That's what also brings this this will to do right, to do the best. You know you're being recognized, you're taking that bonus home.
Just having wonderful people by your side is great, it's really good to come to work every day. We're taking Advanced Insulation to Brazil. In order to improve a big flaw we have in the agricultural part.
The agro in Brazil today has a gigantic loss. The spray for insulation can select this gap there. Today our company is the pioneer in Brazil, it's wonderful to take it back to our land, be able to bless it.
Today it is very expensive to plant and harvest, when it's time to take home we have a huge loss. Our technology fights it. To be part of a project like this, there's no way to measure this value.
The company always tries to bring back value to the community. We also have an amount for investments. We have projects developed, from some houses.
. . Once a seller said, this lady here has cancer.
She asked to do the work at her house. Why don't we get some of the weight she has on her? Since cases like this to other cases of partnerships with NGOs, social projects.
We have worked a few times with habitat for humanity. We are always thinking about other things, we also had social projects that took place. We made the Advance Day, where both the company and partners came together to make this event happen and raise funds.
The company is always looking for some way to help and give back to the community what we have received. My success in my personal life is to be fulfilled with what I do. For me, if you ask me anywhere I'll say what I do, I'm proud of it.
I'm in love with what I do. I feel fulfilled. It's not because it's Monday, Friday, Sunday.
Dealing with people makes me a better human being. The success of the company is the development of the people who are inside. When I get there, I see people's smiles.
Every month there is someone buying a house. If you enter the parking lot, looks like a shop for new cars. There I see that people are.
. . They are buying houses, cars, making their dreams come true, that's it.
When you see that the people around you are fulfilling their dreams, your business is fulfilling its purpose. Our place is not bad. Our business is a blessing barn.
I see people conquering their citizenship, documents, their houses, cars, financial freedom. I understand I'm being the a prosperous company and it's a place of blessing in people's lives. Last Friday, Lilian brought me my coffee and said, Jesus I'm bringing a coffee for us to make a toast.
What is it? I'll get the key to my house this week. She told me, I'm buying my house.
. . I never thought I was going to buy the house.
You always said I would. Today I'm buying the house. Two years ago I was thinking about leaving.
Today I'm buying my house. She said, have you any idea of a person who got here like I got and today I'm buying my house? Jesus, I bought my house by working for a Brazilian abroad.
Can you believe? I believe. It's true.
Then I can measure that we're really on the right track. Let me tell you. Man can't want success just for him.
A man alone is worthless. You need people. Try to share your success with people and be a blessing, things will work out.
What I can tell you is that everyday is a new achievement. I say this to everyone, to the boys who work with me. We are dream makers.
The customer arrives and he has a truck, he leaves it in your hands and say, my company will start with you so I want you to do it like this. We try to do what the customer wants. You're dealing with people's dreams.
It's interesting. It's gratifying. Nesfa has been developing day by day.
From the year 2023 to 2024, we had a growth of 70%. We are always looking to the market, what are the opportunities. Specializing everyone to achieve deal with this growth.
There are two sides: market and our professionals. With that growth, we decided that we should open a new branch in New Hampshire. Also our location is very small.
When we opened here, I remember perfectly that I made a video saying how big is this place. My God. What Jesus did?
Today we don't have room for another screw. We bought a new building, we're moving to Benton in one month. A space that is four times the size of this one.
That way we're going to expand even more our business. I have no doubt that Nesfa will expand because it's a company. .
. in this period that we are here for a short time I help people from Brazil by videocall. Nesfa's growth today is the sky, there's no way this company won't grow.
This company is excellent, man. Our relationship with our customers goes a little beyond the relationship of customers/company. It starts with our service.
He arrives here. From the beginning he arrives to his exit, we all insist that his experience be unique. We value service very much, value a lot also their needs.
Each one has a different need. I always say, guys, in order to work, we have to think about the individuality of each one of them. What is the best material?
What is the best type of service I can offer? By analyzing this, we also saw that it was often impractical for them to come to our warehouse. Thinking about it, we mobilized a fully equipped mobile van.
I guess that all of these differentials shows to our customer that Nesfa cares about them in addition to being just a distributor. We really want him to be successful in the market. Today we have machinery that is.
. . it has no truck size of this that is above 14 feet so we put the machinery.
. . accessible for the customer and that he will do the job.
Where does the door goes? They will cut the door here. We'll put a generator that only Nesfa has.
The truck's size is compatible. Why? We have a reason to.
. . This truck does the job.
Every day we face many challenges. Construction's always trying to reivent itself. Here in the US, we have a series of codes that we have to obey.
From time to time, this code changes. They want something better environmentally. We ended up having to reivent ourselves and also learn new things everyday.
We work with different materials, different brands, when a new code appears, trainings are needed to teach us what do we need to do now. How we're going to offer the customer? How will we bring a good price for the customer?
What can we offer this client? There is a way to make the customer and the inspector satisfied and we have to bring these solutions every day. We invest a lot in training.
Today we had a training about fire proving. Our sellers are always attentive to the new technologies, products, codes, and our applicators are always learning the best way to apply, the best way to do the job. I see our group five years from now so big that most of the people around me is not prepared to listen.
I have to materialize a grand plan that God has placed in my heart. I work on it daily and where I see our group, our company, and the people around it is a very much further future than what we are living today. One of the things we are already doing is the expansion of our group.
Acquisitions of new buildings. We have a part of our company outside the state. We acquired a 80,000 square-feet new building for the expansion of our group.
The sky is much beyond the limit. You can be sure we have. .
. we have gigantic things to put on the table. I usually look 5 years ahead.
Jesus looks 10 years ahead. In the last 3, 4 years, the company grew hugely. We don't have only Advanced Insulation, we're in other locations, we are now moving to Abington.
That's all the process of thinking ahead. What can we do to make this happen? And not think twice, I learned from him.
If you want something, let's talk. I see the company from now on extremely betterin the process of things, in technology, for sure. We're a wonderful structure, he doesn't stop investing in it.
There's not even any place left to invest. I think this place is too small for us. Like he said in the meeting.
I think in the next 5 years, this warehouse is 55,000 square-feet, our next will have to be 100,000 or one more location to the middle of the state, or the same size. We already have a location in New Hampshire. In Martazine, we have a location at the same time we can't go out much.
Maybe put a location in other place. We already have one in Sothem. We are strategically located to make the growth that we are seeing happen 10 years from now.
The legacy is very simple. The legacy is just to fulfill my role on earth as a benefactor. If i could sum up my life, my passage to today, so many years that I will live longer, if I can be remembered in a positive way impacting someone's life, for me is what counts.
My purpose of life is to enter your life, to be a positive impact. Take you from point A to point B. With your effort, with your dedication good things will definitely come.
House, car, what you're looking you'll have. I try to leave a remnant in people's lives and taking them A to B. Make it work.
The day I go away, and you can be sure I'll go, I want to be remembered not as that guy who was successful with money, but learned to deal with people, be a blessing in the lives of others. It's what I look for. When I think about everything that happened in my life and where God put me, it only reinforces me more and more every day that the Almighty has so much to give that we can't even receive.
You just have to believe. The moment you believe and make it work, you could have started from under zero, gone through wherever you went, you'll win, you'll break, you'll work. It might not be today or tomorrow, maybe only 1 year from now, if you keep it tight, you'll win.
I am living proof of this. I left where I left, I always believed He always had the best to give me. Here I am living the best He can give me on earth.
It's not just for me, it's for anyone who wants to believe. His barn is infinite, he keeps wealth where we can least imagine. We are son, similar and His heir.
If we're on Earth and we haven't been eating and living and living better, something you're not doing. It starts with your thinking. If you don't believe in yourself, how will He bless your life?
