I told you guys in the past episode I was going through things I was going through things I won't even speak about on camera but how I got out of it was fasting it does say in the gospel that when you fast wash your face anoint your head so that way other people don't know you're fasting I didn't tell people when I was fasting but I want to tell you why it's so important to fast one we already read bibles that take away fasting from Bibles so that should show you that the enemy doesn't want
you to fast two when Pharisees came to Jesus and they said why don't your disciples fast he said to him because they're with me when I'm gone they'll fast indicating that when you feel far away from Jesus Christ when you're alone in your thoughts and you're like why do I feel like he's not with me I'm not saying that he's not with you but if you want to draw him spiritually closer to you fast
