what's going on everybody today I want to talk to you about what high ticket sales is going to look like in 2025 and the years to come there are some really big changes taking place there's some small ones and there's some things that I think you should be aware of in order to make the most money and maximize your Commissions in 2025 now the first thing that I want to preface this with is the macro conditions and two specific things one being info and coaching sales and two being the economy the economy is not in
a great place right now no matter what the news or the government may tell you they say inflation is only up x% but the cost of eggs milk gas is up like 3 400% and the average person does not have as much disposable income as they did in 2021 2022 and even 2023 and we've seen this across our business across our clients businesses across my friends businesses and these are people that do millions of dollars a month and tens of millions of dollars a year and they are even encountering some difficulty in the macroeconomic condition
now why is this important it's very important because as a sales rep if people don't have money you can't sell things to those people okay it's very very very important so something we've seen an increase in is payment plans financing is extremely important right now and getting deposits from people to be able to then go through the steps to get financing done or credit cards or whatever they may be doing now the next thing is info a lot of the sales that we talk about is info coaching agency online sort of high ticket offers and
what I'm seeing right now and I had some conversations with people this morning about this actually people are becoming less trusting of info products because you have some bad actors you have people that have rinsed and repeated the same thing over over and over coaching course community over and over and over and over and while there are some amazing programs some people are getting a bad taste in their mouth and I see on comments of ads all the time like nice try or oh this is a scam immediately people that don't really know what they're
talking about but the average consumer sees these things and immediately registers it as oh this is a scam opposed to hm let me check this out or let me opt in and go through the funnel to then get on that sales teams calendar the economy is not the best macro conditions are changing and the market is becoming more phisticated now with those things being said I do want to show you guys specifically what I would be doing this year to make more money to maximize my commissions and to be the best sales rep or appointment
CER that I could be even in this space adaptation number one is communication itself I've seen a massive massive massive increase in no-show rate over the last year on not only my offer organically and with paid ads on my clients offers but all of my friends offers and everybody that I know in this space the reason for that is people are less trusting they're less social like think of the last time you got in an elevator no one talked like everyone looks at their phones they're quiet they don't want to talk to people and I
think that is a synonymous thing that's happening across the entire Market of people not wanting to get on calls they don't want to book a call they don't want to get sold so what is happening is a lot of conversations are taking place over text over DM over just messaging apps because it's not a friction event it's not a call it's not some high pressure sales thing where people are scared and avoidant of and immediately they have sales resistance just from the mechanism in which you're trying to communicate with people for example we just did
a launch for a client of ours we managed 60 plus sales reps across a week period of a launch and we sold all of the things that we sold over DM very minimal probably like 5% were calls just calling leads but most of that happened over DM over text message and over WhatsApp and sometimes email we did multiple seven figures with this okay over 60 sales reps in a couple of days so it's not necessarily like oh people don't want to get on calls sales is over no no no no sales will always be a
thing we just have to understand how things change and I really think in 2025 and the years to come that DM setting and honestly DM closing and just messaging over text is very important so if you're a sales repap you should probably be refreshing yourself on how to have conversations over text where you may not be seeing the facial cues and sort of the social body language that you can on a zoom call or or maybe on the phone I've sold a lot over text when I launched closer cartel we sold hundreds of thousands of
dollars over DMS not even getting on a call so it's not like a bad thing honestly it's kind of easier than than a face to-face call and there will always be face to- face calls there's always a time and place for that but just as a macro piece of advice for you guys I would Refresh on your DM setting skills I would Refresh on understanding a lot of these conversations are taking place in the DM closing people in the DM WhatsApp text message email opposed to just purely forcing people to do calls now the next
thing is kind of a byproduct of that is why are people avoiding enough calls they want to do the research in 2018 2020 during Co you could basically tell anybody anything they get on a call close them it was so easy but now we have kind of like a trust recession like people are not as trusting as they were because of the things I just said so it's very important that you now get on offers that have a lot of social proof they have a lot of testimonials they have an overwhelming amount of case studies
and it's not like a new thing like if you sell a new thing where there's no proof they search you on the internet they can't see anything it's going to be very very hard to get be able to show up on those calls and then to close those people so now it's very important to frame your calls effectively I don't like to frame calls as sales calls at all I like to frame them as an onboarding call or an introduction or or a demo or something like that and don't start off selling and increasing these
bad things that people already have in their head just have a conversation okay honestly what I've seen from our own offer and and some of our clients is the less salesy we are like this neq stuff and all these highlevel tactics but honestly just being a nice person and being conversational is reaping better results for us than the opposite of oh I'm the skilled sales assassin I'm going to be very abrasive on this call and challenging it's really not working that well anymore to be honest it worked well in the past when you can just
make people like fight themselves but now there's so much fear there's so much lack of trust that it's honestly better to just drop the sales skill have a real conversation and make good offers to people and the next thing is kind of out of your control as a sales rep but you can do this with your follow-up is how important it is to now nurture your prospects and your customers we have like a 40-day autoresponder sequence right now of just proof and value and free stuff to build trust with people and that's why like guys
realistically you look around at the info space we've been making at least $1,000 a month since 2021 organically that's unheard of no one does that because they just build they die then they're Obsolete and while we may not have like million dollar months all the time because we're in a smaller market we've been very very steady and very very consistent even on an organic level and it's because of having a good product having good trust having a ton of social proof and nurturing people I have people buying our offers and our clients offers that were
watching things a year ago or bought maybe a free little low ticket guide a year ago and they're now getting on that high ticket sales call and they're now buying that high tiet offer so your followup of nurturing people just send them value send them proof you want to lower the fear of not trusting you as much as you possibly can and I think it's very very very important this year more so than any Year's past to understand people are fearful people are very skeptical people make claims all the time that they can't back up
and it's very important that you can prove those validate those and just give people as much good feeling as they can about working with you the next thing is a tactical thing and it's because of no shows being so high something we've been doing is doing a text and call all together so instead of you just outbound calling somebody even if they're a lead they opted into something it's it's still outbound you're going to spam like apple has updated their policies Google has even updated email policies where they doesn't doesn't really show up in your
inbox so what we're doing now is we're saying hey this is name from whoever's team or whatever offer whatever company I'm going to give you a call in a second and then call because then they see oh I I just got a text I read it this is who's calling me opposed to spam risk I don't know who this person is oh I see someone calling me I'm not going to answer your no show rate and your pickup rates are going to be a lot higher if you can just send a text before say hey
this is Luke from closer cartel and then they understand okay this is who's calling me more so than ever is the importance of having strong brand okay if you have bad reviews if you have just a bad idea of your company people are very very very very difficult to sell even like we have fake Reddit reviews of our company and it's random competitors like you can literally look at them they chat GPT on Reddit and they're impossible to take down but even those we've overcome with the amount of social proof and result result result result
for example my brother was just selling a crypto offer $25,000 investment and he was making pretty good money until they had some really negative reviews come up on Reddit they again can be fake they don't even have to be real reviews that can just be random from your competitors and that offer dropped from 25k 20 20K a month income to he was making like nothing and it's because of the trust that people have in you whether against you or positively and it's very very very important again guys you have a good brand good company good
offer good results and you're doing basically this is common sense you should be doing things the right way anyway but more importantly than ever you're focusing on those kind of offers opposed to get rich quick kind of it's it's not going to last now let's talk about Landing clients this has changed a lot and I think I have part in creating this problem okay so 2021 we launched closer cartel we started teaching people to do DM Outreach like hey dude everyone needs sales reps just Outreach say hey bro I'm a closer here's a call I
would love to work with you now that doesn't work as well because there are so many people doing it you got to think everyone that's seen my YouTube videos everyone that's seen all the other sales people's um YouTube videos all of the students we've had like 4,000 5,000 students that's a lot of DMS hitting the same people over and over and over and over and over in this space to get a job and what's happened is it's harder and harder and harder to get through the inbox it's harder to get that message seen it's harder
again the trust thing is even happening of getting a sales job now these influencers look at their dmss and they say oh this guy wants to be a closer so to these other 100 guys who am I going to pick like it's it's very very difficult so what is working best now is your network good oldfashioned Network who do I know that can get me on an offer who do I know that has an offer who do I know that I'm friends with there maybe know someone that has an offer your network is never been
more important to getting a really good sales Ro and guys honestly that's the cheat code of this whole game is ling a really good gig and companies like myself like closer cartel that are literally posting jobs in from our Network like obviously guys I'm friends with the biggest people in the space like we get job offers all the time we throw them in Discord people land gigs so if you go through and you look at like even our results and our testimonials most of the big testimonials are from students that have gotten an offer from
us opposed to going and get it on their own cuz it's become more difficult Facebook groups are a lot spamer they're a lot more saturated DMS aren't working as well and it's never been more important to kind of get like placement or to get like referrals or just a network of people to land an offer and I I know that's not the most controllable thing and I know those of you that maybe don't have the investment to make into a program like ours or somebody else it can be hard as always I'm going to be
honest with you guys DMS aren't working as well now does that mean they don't work absolutely not DMS definitely work we're teaching people to send DMS in our high level program IPO where we're teaching people to manage sales teams and build funnels and all these things and they're Landing clients and making 10 20K from it okay so it works I'm just saying it doesn't work as well and it's always good to adapt and go where the Market's going so with trust down with saturation getting higher it's not saturated just for lack of better word it's
better to go to your network it's better to build connections and it's better to have real proof and real validation and people vouching for you than it is being a random person on your own saying hey bro please let me work for you that's not really going to work and the other part on top of that is getting out of the coaching space like we're going to be doing that ourselves we're going to be getting into more agency maybe even physical businesses like health clinics and and sort of just anything that's high ticket that needs
someone to sell it it doesn't have to just be courses like courses coaching a offers you don't have to limit yourself to that go be an SDR go be an AE go learn sales in the tech industry I don't love doorto door but there's a lot of different sales verticals and you don't have to only rely on this space and I know we talk about this space a lot it's cuz it's easiest it's it's more lucrative you can sit from the comfort of your laptop and make really good money but if the times change you
got to adapt with them so expand your horizons a little bit go outside of this coaching Consulting agency space and go look at other traditional newer sales roles the next thing is the need for actually good sales reps guys I've said this since 2021 it hasn't gotten any better there is a massive massive massive lack of talented Common Sense having sales reps we just did a launch with 60 reps like I said and probably half of them I would never hire myself and if you're watching this and you were in that launch you guys know
this I've told you I told you hey I'm trying to tell you guys this for your own good if you don't have common sense you can't listen I repeated the same thing about a thousand times during that long and it drove me nuts because people didn't want to listen they were just like oh I'm going to do my thing hey let me ask this question this been answered 5,000 times okay if you do that you're not going to make it in this game you have to be sharp you have to be smart you have to
be competent you have to be skilled and I think people maybe see me talk about this or maybe the lifestyle and all this stuff and they're like oh I don't got to work hard I just become a closer and make money it's not how it works bro it's not how any business works for that matter you have to be good okay and there's such a massive lack of people that even have common sense in this space to where it's hard to find good reps you can depend on so please for your own benefit be smart
like use common sense use your brain work hard learn and practice and actually study sales it's like an art form it's like a game okay and I know this is a stepping stone for a lot of us obviously but make use of it like actually give it your best don't just be there don't show up don't participate like try to be the best you can be cuz I'm telling you guys if you're a good sales rep you'll never ever ever ever be poor again for the rest of your life the next thing is offer hopping
a lot of reps that I'm seeing seeing are getting on an offer it's bad for week they're leaving they're doing it again that's not going to get you guys where you want to be in this space there are going to be down weeks like for example we don't have a ton of calls from Paid ads this week it's like a two-day booking cycle but we don't have a lot of calls like why don't know it's just how the market goes we had a ton last week now we don't have a lot this week is it
anything I did or changed nope it just happens so if you were the sales rep on the back end of this and you're like oh it's slow I'm going to bail you're going to run into this on every single offer it's never going to be perfect all the time and that is why it's so important for you guys to hit follow-ups 50% of your income should come from follow-ups if you're a good sales rep like realistically half of your deals should come from working deals progressively over time that's how you make more money that's how
I made a lot of money doing this okay so don't be an offer Hopper don't get on it's bad for a week I'm gone give it a couple weeks give it a month give it some time understand what's going on look at the marketing talk with your offer owner talk with the CEO about what's going on with the marketing just be transparent with each other and understand that sometimes things go down especially right now info is not the hottest it's not like realistically guys info is not at its peak like it used to be it's
still great you can still make a ton of money and we're kind of spoiled where I'm like oh it's not the hottest and you still make 100 Grand a month but compared to what it used to be a year or two years ago without inflation without the economy without fear and all these things in the election it was different okay so just make sure you're not an offer Hopper make sure you're giving actual offers a chance and you're actually doing your best the big changes guys is just the macroeconomic conditions it's the trust recession it's
the importance of you following up and it's the importance of you understanding how communication changes over time the same way no one used to ever buy anything over the Internet it was like all in person Oh no I got to do an iners deal and then the internet came along and everyone that was old fashion was like oh no we don't want to do deals over the internet and then they died right and then the internet was big and now it's back to calls and now calls are kind of going away show rates are horrible
it's hard to get people to show up so just call people on the phone text them FaceTime them what'sapp them email them plus just giving offers a chance not being an offer Hopper being dialed being someone that has common sense and you're actually putting in effort guys and I'm telling you I'm telling you I'm telling you I've said this since 2021 there is no better space for you to be in to start in business to learn the most fundamental business skills that you need and to make at least $10,000 a month if you're a decent
competent sales rep you're going to make $110,000 a month it's just how the math works out so I really really really think that things are going to be great in 2025 I think this was kind of a down year just with the election cycles and the weirdness of macro conditions cuz remember we sell to Consumers so if they are not happy with something even if we're fine and we're like yeah we're not participating in this recession it still affects us okay you got to be aware of that but I think 2025 will be a big
