to get in touch with me I personally respond to all calls texts and emails and I'd love to help you with your move so today we're talking about the top five suburbs in Eno County that people are moving to in 2024 these are areas we see a lot of our clients gravitating towards and I'm going to share why so let's jump in first on the list is Jacksonville North Carolina Jacksonville is the heart of the Marine Military based camp leun and it has all the shopping and stores you need and is the largest city here
in enow County we still see constant growth Happening Here with new developments springing up and expanding on established developments already here in town the homes here range between 150 to $550,000 with the average price point around $280,000 next on our list we've got Richlands North Carolina and I love this place it's an upand cominging area with just over 25 200 residents but that that number is grind fast with new developments popping up it's only 20 minutes from Jacksonville and camp leun and you'll find bigger space bigger yards a good mix of older Farmhouse and newer
Built Homes after 2015 Richlands does have all the essentials with your Walmart food line Piggly Wiggly and the Jacksonville airport is right here too making it super convenient for travelers sne fairy is our third suburb and it's smaller than Richland's with around 2,000 residents many of them milit or exmilitary however the community is planning for rapid growth as you will see more and more shopping and restaurants popping up around town sne fairy is just 25 minutes from Jacksonville and Camp leim while it has its small town Vibe and some local shops but you'll need to
drive to Surf City or Jacksonville for larger stores like Walmart one of the biggest draws here is the coastal living and it's easy access to North Top Sail and the inter Coastal Waterway perfect for for boers and Beach lovers number four is Holly Ridge and this spot gives you the best of both World worlds it's Coastal but you still get that laidback country Vibe Holly Ridge isn't fully developed yet and you'll find farmland and marshlands plus a lot of water access points for boers and kayaks it's super close to Surf City and top topsale Island
about a 12-minute drive and you'll get a mix of homes from 300,000 to all the way up to like 2 million my favorite Community here is summerhouse on Everett's Bay with all of its amenities pools tennis courts monthly community events um it's a gated community with direct access to the water and finally let's talk about Surf City this is a vacation Central area with uh over 38,000 or 3,800 people who call it home year round it gets a ton of amenities um like Walmart Publix Lowe's and has a great restaurants and entertainment it does get
busy in the summer with tourists but the rest of the year it's peaceful and quiet real estate here does start around $400,000 and properties can go up to as high as like 6 to 8 million it's close to Jacksonville and Wilmington so you have the best of both worlds Beach life and big city conveniences so there you have it those are the top five suburbs we are seeing people move to around Eno County in 2024 whether you're looking for more space in Richlands City convenience in Jacksonville coastal living and sneeds fairy or that perfect balance
